“Too loud music at night time didn’t allow us to get any sleep at all.”
+It was clean, comfortable and spacious.
−OMG the loud music from the nightclubs downstairs didn’t let us get any sleep at all at night time. Music went on until 6am. This building is in a business hub and not suitable for residential tenancy. We had no neighbors at night time so did not feel very safe either.

“Bad”
−The room was next to a night club that was playing loud music until 8am which made it absolutely impossible to sleep. If your objective is to get a good night's sleep before catching a boat to the islands, rest assured you will not be able to do this in this flat. Also, the amenities list on booking.com includes a washing machine which is a lie.

“Nice and modern apartment- absolutely avoid friday/saturday”
+Nice, clean, modern apartment
−Apartment is located close to party street so very loud music from 00:00-08:00. We managed to sleep a bit by sleeping on the sofa but sleeping in the bedroom was impossible

“I love it close to port”
+Very clean apartment and close to the port. It has a close by parking spaces and and elevator for the luggage which was perfect and its a pet friendly.

“So noisy we could not sleep a wink all night!”
+Despite being so loud that none of us slept a wink all night. The flat, though in a dilapidated old office building, is itself all new and very clean.
−There was a street party on the street that started at midnight and was still going when we left at 7am it was unbearably loud even with the windows shut. In addition there were fireworks for about 30 seconds every 15 minutes throughout the night. None of us managed to sleep a wink. It is not clear how often these srlteet parties take place (someone said every Saturday) this is not a residential area. It appears to be a small sad office building.. The host knew about the street Party and apologized ut she should have offered to cancled the booking and made arrangements for us to stay somewhere else. Communication with host all arrived in Greek, requiring translation. The other side of Piraeus is a very short distance from the ferry terminal and is 1000 times nicer. I wished we had stayed there, around Mikrolimano Harbor or The Bay of Zea. At 2:31 am I recorded the sound inside the flat, with the windows sealed, (as a video) and will post the recording on this review if the site allows video uploads.

“Parfait pour qui se rend au port le lendemain”
+Disponibilité de l'hôte qui nous a attendus jusqu'à minuit. Appartement moderne et très propre (fenêtres équipées de moustiquaires). Á 2 minutes du gate E10 du port du Pirée.
−Wifi introuvable sur nos téléphones et l'appartement avait été préparé pour 2 (nous étions 3).

“Nice apartment with modern finish”
+it is located in a business area with noisy bars after night. The flat is clean and has all the amenities needed. Max 3 people can stay.
−The building is deserted after business hours. But still it is safe
