“Run down flea infested property. Not represented accurately”
+Location was good. Above some retail area in downtown Spa
−The place is filthy, there were little black flies , like fruit flies, everywhere. We found underneath the property is a storage for garbage and it was full of garbage that look like it had been there for several weeks attracting the insects. There was a hole in the floor boards, the failing pulled off the wall the stairwell. We brought all of this to the owners attention who did not take any responsibility and would not refund some of our money. He had way overcharged and overstated the level of place this was. Very disgusting

+Location is great! The house is also very spacious and cozy.
−No soap, no shower gel, lack of kitchen cleaning supplies (dishwasher pads and Fairy). The oven tray is warped and dirty.

+Absolute Toplage zur Innenstadt von Spa. Kleiner Supermarkt nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt. Schönes altes Haus, mit altem Fußboden.
−Der Backofen war vollkommen verdreckt. Die Gesamte Scheibe war braun, das Innere sah nicht besser aus. Man hat sich regelrecht geekelt, in dem Backofen etwas zu zubereiten. Der Kühlschrank wurde trotz Eiswürfeln nicht kälter als 15 Grad. Die Ausrede von Vermieter war, das es normal ist, wenn es draußen über 30 Grad sind. (Laut anderen Bewertungen wurde bereits im Juli 2023 mitgeteilt, das der Kühlschrank nicht kühlt). Wir sollten uns dann ein Eisfach abholen, was aber kein Ersatz für einen nicht funktionierenden Kühlschrank ist. Am Ende wurde uns das Eisfach gebracht, der Kühlschrank blieb warm und wir konnten keine Speisen kühlen. Im Badezimmer hatte die Duschwand keine Dichtung unten, so dass das Wasser sich im Bad verteilt hat. Bei der Dusche im DG war auch alles undicht. Hier lief das Wasser durchs Zimmer und teilweise auch die Treppe runter. Das Besteck in der Küche hat teilweise sehr geklebt und war einfach eklig. Unserer Meinung nach, wird hier einfach nur noch Geld gemacht, ohne jegliche Liebe oder Fürsorge in die Wohnung zu stecken. Wir würden hier defintiv nicht nochmal übernachten.

“Maison et non Appartement !!! très bien située”
+L'emplacement optimal. Bien spacieux mais avec des escaliers dangereux car...le problème est que ce bien est présenté comme appartement 3 chambres MAiS c'est en fait une maison à 3 étages.
−Le manque de soins dans certaines finitions par ex. robinet qui ne tient pas, eau qui n'arrive pas dans la douche. Les escaliers ont été un point très délicat pour nous personnes plus âgées, et y monter avec nos valises et courses...
