“Average stay, clean but not what we expected”
+Very clean, bathrooms were tiled and upgraded…but small
−- No A/C, but could have missed that in the writeup/description; only 1 fan for 2 separate rooms - No coffee, was told the cleaning staff forgot to replace - Bed sheets for my daughter in the living room appeared dirty - It was extremely hot, had to leave the bedroom windows open, sounded like a Grand Prix racetrack outside all night long, difficult to sleep - Despite pictures, was a little difficult to find when we arrived late at night - Elevator once inside (rooms on second floor), second bathroom on main floor, other bathroom on 2nd floor; step stairs to get to main entry door and then elevator. Had my 80-year old mom and husband, was hard for them to cling the steps

“nice Location, poor quality Bed, forgotten Knive was never returned despite confirmation”
+The appartment was clean, easy to find, finding the keys was no problem, nice location in the city
−The bed was very uncomfortable, even damaged and unpropperly repaired. I forgot my Swiss knive multitool at the appartement and contacted the host immediately. A day later he cornfirmed that the cleaningservice found it, and that he will send it back to me. (I offered payment for this service) Now more than a month later after 4 Mails and 3 phonecalls I still don't have my knive back. Very sad for me thus this knive was a gift with emotional Value...

“Nice place”
+Very good place.. we had a good time. Place is better than advertised with two separate bedrooms and three bathrooms, well equipped kitchen.
−It was clean but some spots were forgotten with some spider webs hanging and dust in the drawers... otherwise main areas in bathroom, kitchen and bedsheets very clean. Bed was little wobbly...

“Excellent place to rest and sleep, and we will be back.”
+Really excellent comms from property, with three v simple and clear photos which enabled v easy checkin. Property was v clean and well prepared, with tea and coffee available. There was even a lift to get up to the apartment and the top floor, although we did not need it. Finally, there were three bathrooms, one full and one with a shower.

+Nichts.
−Die Adresse stimmte nicht mit dem tatsächlichen Ort des Hotels überein. Zudem konnte das Hotel telefonisch sowie nachrichtlich nicht erreicht werden. Wir haben über die Hotline von Booking dann ein anderes Hotel bekommen - immerhin. Eine reinste Katastrophe. Wird definitiv nur an Menschen empfohlen, denen ich einen stressigen Urlaub wünsche.
