“Fantastic location and an outstanding host - a wonderful stay that would have been perfect with stronger air conditionin”
+Excellent location, right in the heart of Florence and within walking distance of all the major attractions, restaurants and shops. The host was exceptional communication was always fast, helpful and friendly. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout our stay and made us feel very welcome. The apartment was clean, comfortable and exactly as described.
−The only downside was the air conditioning. During our stay Florence was experiencing a heat wave with temperatures around 37-39°C each day. Although the unit was set to the lowest temperature, it struggled to cool the room effectively, making sleeping quite restless and uncomfortable. I understand the extreme weather was outside the host’s control, but a more powerful air conditioning unit would make a significant difference.

+Very cozy apartment, practical and clean. The location is absolutely perfect! Walking distance from every go-to tourism attraction, as well as restaurants and bars.

“Nice apartment in prime location,”
+Great location, compact as expected but well laid out. Comfortable and nice to be able to cook a meal, great supermarket Sapori & Dintorni Conad only 1 minute walk away on Via Dei Bardi.
−Good initial contact and responses but had to request the access instructions prior to arrival and only received these the day before. If that’s normal they should inform you of this. Also you have to leave the city tax fees as cash prior to leaving,so bring this with you.

“Lovely property would stay here again!!”
+The location of the property was great! The bed was super comfy and the apartment was very clean. Laura was great at communicating with us in terms of check in and check out.
−The shower pressure was strange but manageable. Even though there were shutters on the windows the streets were still very loud over night and in the mornings.

+La ubicación.
−La necesidad por parte de quienes gestionan el aparyamento, de cobrar con tanta premura el apartamento (de entre todos los alojamientos por los que he pasado por la Toscana, fueron los que primero cobraron el 100% de la estancia, con semanas de antelación), e incluso solicitaron el abono de la tasa municipal de alojamiento con anticipación a nuestra llegada, situación que me parece bastante irregular, y que nunca antes me ha pasado con ningún otro alojamiento (se supone que no se abona, si uno no llega a pernoctar, por la razón que sea, en el municipio). Da la sensación de que el turista es un euro con patas.

+Liebevoll eingerichtetes Apartment mit kleiner Küchenzeile und einem bequemen Bett und einem schönen Badezimmer.
−Die Klimaanlage: sehr laut wie ein alter Kühlschrank und quasi keine Funktion

“Muy bien situado.”
+La ubicación ,espectacular, ,prácticamente encima de, puente vechio.. Todo muy cercano a pie . El apartamento muy coqueto, con lo necesario para tener una buena estancia. En las fotos parece un poco más nuevo de lo que está realmente ,pero aún así todo está bastante bien.La comunicación con los dueños ,muy buena ,en todo momento.hay un parking a 50 metros del apartamento ,pq en la calle es imposible
−Por decir algo,la persiana, esta rota,no sube ni baja y por la mañana entra la luz ,desde que se hace de día . Por lo demás, todo correcto

−Que tuvimos que lidiar con hormigas todos los días, en la cama, en la cocina, por todas partes. Fue incómodo intentar relajarse y estar quitándote hormigas de el cuerpo a cada momento. Por otra parte, en el momento de la reserva, no se aviso que el flujo de agua era deficiente a determinadas horas, creo que por el precio que pagamos, el apartamento dejaba mucho que desear.
