+Excelente la zona exterior, terraza, piscina y iardin. La iluminación de noche preciosa. Los dormitorios amplios y los baños muy cómodos. Amplia cocina y con todo lo necesario
−Nos tocó una semana de muchísimo calor y echamos de menos el aire acondicionado en el salón.

+A beautiful renovated Mallorca farmhouse with charm set in a quiet location at the end of a short lane,beautiful rural views ,very private with gated parking.Outdoor shaded eating & seating space,wonderful pool & garden with natural shaded areas around the boundary . Plenty of sun loungers & poolside towels provided.
−We loved everything this property had to offer.It ticked all the boxes for the 3 generations of our family.Close to Pollenca & lots of stunning beaches .

“A lovely villa in a quiet picturesque location. Very relaxing and quiet.”
+We loved the character and location of the Villa. It was super spacious and not overlooked by any other property. It was immaculately clean and the pool inviting and lovely. The villa was well fitted out to deal with up to 10 guests, plenty of crockery, huge fridge and freezer and a bbq. Near to a lovely town with a market, and supermarkets for all your needs
−We all said the beds were hard. we all did not sleep as well as we would have liked.

“Family friendly. Quiet. Excellent pool area.”
+The location of the villa is quiet. The style of the villa is traditional but modern inside. The pool area is superb. The villa was very clean. The owner was easy to contact and dealt with any issues we had very quickly.
−Inside the things that we would change is to add some extra glasses and mugs in the kitchen. Plus some new kitchen knives. Otherwise we were very happy.

“Beautiful house, lovely setting”
+The house is down a narrow lane in a very peaceful setting. Lovely pool and surrounding garden area. Very good wifi signal. The house was spacious and very comfortable with interesting furnishings and the air conditioning worked well in the bedrooms when we needed it. The owner was very helpful at all times and always responded quickly. We were a family of 3 generations and everyone had a lovely holiday!
−The stairs are a little steep but you can avoid this if needed by using the ground floor bedroom.

“An absolute dream, incredible.”
+Everything! The location is fantastic - peaceful and and not overlooked with spectacular views and just a short drive to the old town and port. The villa itself is spacious, well equipped with everything you need and beautifully decorated. The outside area is well maintained with a great sized pool and lovely seating area. We had the pleasure of meeting the owners who are wonderful people, happy to help with anything needed. We have stayed at many villas in Pollenca and this is definitely our favourite - we look forward to returning again!

“Exceptional”
+We were 2 families with 4 kids. We all enjoyed very much the time spent here. The location is great, just few kilometres from the beach and town Pollenca but perfect to have your space, full of silence and just relax. The house is like in the fotos, some rooms are smaller but enough for what you need. You have all you need in the kitchen, you just need to buy your food which you can get from a very close Supermarket. The house is very clean, the swimming pool also and is just like in the foto. The owner very helpful, replies very quickly for any questions. What you need to pay attention is with the ants don't leave food outside, especially bread. Also there were few waps, but in the end you are in the middle of the nature. It was a very pleasant stay, the only thing was that our holiday here was tooooo short. Would be good to stay min 2weeks.
