“Great host”
+Very clean and well cared for apartment. Espresso and cookies were a nice touch. It’s close to the markets, restaurants, and shopping. Entry at apartment, at top of stairs, is bright and clean.
−Building entry, at ground floor, and neighborhood seems a bit seedy. Steep climb up narrow stairs to get to the bathroom. Hot water ran out quickly.

+We felt like at home. Apartments are equipped with everything necessary for comfort including products for maintaining perfect cleanliness, cooking tools, and useful stuff for pastime in the city. Friendly, supportive and engaged host who is ready to provide recommendations! Don’t hesitate to connect them in case of any questions. Apartments a very close to all important city attractions. 5-7 mins till Via Etnea, 15-20 mins till the sea, 3 mins till 3 different shops. It perfectly works for young active couple.
−It wasn’t a problem for us, but it’s necessary to highlight for future guests. Apartments are on 3 floor without elevator. There is a narrow staircase in the apartment to the second floor. In the season it might be a bit hot on the second floor of apartments, as there is only one air conditioner in the bedroom on the first floor.

+The apartment is a double storey unit on the top floor. When you enter the building the ground floor looks old. However when you get into the apartment everything looks new or looks as good as new. The owner seems to have put a lot of thought into the comfort of visitors. It was nicely decorated. The size is small but somehow still looks spacious. It is perfect for two people. The bathroom and laundry facilities are upstairs while the bedroom and kitchen is downstairs. It is clean and well maintained. There is a balcony which opens out from the bedroom and leads to outdoor drying lines. No complaints. There is no lift. If you don't mind stairs this is a great place to chill for a while!
