“Excellent property and close location to York.”
+Superb location, less than 2 miles from York centre and 1 road to York. Very comfortable and clean. Spacious lounge and well equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds and spacious bedrooms and a good shower in bathroom. Nice to be able to sit out in back garden. Close to a retail park for shopping / food essentials and places to eat.
−Would of liked curtains on the bedroom windows to block out the sun in the morning as blinds don't really do this. Would also benefit from a table lamp in the living room so that bright ceiling lights are not needed at night. As there is a washing machine it would be useful to have an outside washing line and pegs that can be used in the summer when the weather was nice.

+Great location for us. Pretty much everything we needed was provided. The house was perfectly clean and the beds were comfy. It was more to have a garden to sit out as the weather was so nice.
−Only thing we could have used was an electric fan. But recognise that the sort of heat we experienced at the beginning of our week is exceptional for York.

+Lovely detached house in a really lovely area of york. Very quiet and peaceful. Good parking. Really well presented house and tastefully decorated. Modern kitchen was really lovely with everything you could need. Modern bathroom with excellent shower. Bedrooms really neat and tidy, great decor and comfy beds.

“What an absolute hidden York Gem”
+Absolutely beautiful house, great location and everything we needed for a perfect stay. Really nice decor throughout very clean and lots of space. We really enjoyed our stay and we will be returning. The facilities where perfect shower was amazing, garden spacious, quiet friendly neighbourhood. Off street parking was a bonus and only a 6 minute drive to Aldi for a food shop when we got there. Honestly one of the best stays I have had. Beds comfortable pillows amazing and honestly a very pleasant stay.

“Clean and comfortable, local amenities within walking distance.”
+Stayed as a family of 5 including a baby - travel cot and high chair available. Easily accessible, no issues with locating property or gaining access. Book with information on site, number to contact if needed however we did not. Kitchen with microwave, kettle, oven and fridge/freezer. Easy to work heating. 15-20 minute gentle walk down into York centre. Local shop 2 minute walk along side fish and chip shop, 0.5 mile to large Aldi. Clean and comfortable.
−Difficulty in getting hot water in kitchen sink so boiled kettle, but no issues with shower water being warm, really did not affect our stay!
