“Beware this property, have a plan b in case they cancel without letting you know”
+The fact that the host never replied to our messages even though he double booked the bungalow. The people from the bar at the pool were really nice

+Good value for money. The hosts seem very friendly, and they let us overstay the check-out time as our flight was later in the day.
−The entrance gate was not obvious to us as the Reception is not used anymore and not marked. Our confirmation email had the wrong number so we initially thought our room was double-booked! A bit of a stressful arrival! Whilst we don't expect high-end fittings, we did think that the bare shelf brackets ought to be removed for safety, and the bed-side shelves fixed (we couldn't put anything on one as it sloped so much! A plug in the kitchen sink would have been helpful when washing up. The security gate was really creaky when we opened it, which might've woken the neighbours late at night! WiFi would have been useful.

“Anlage alt, schmutzig und laut, Apartmenthaus gut bis sehr gut”
+Bezüglich WiFi Zugang hat sich der Vermieter sehr bemüht und Leute geschickt die sich darum kümmerten bis es funktionierte da wir die zuvor falsch erhaltenen Passwörter natürlich mehrfach eingegeben hatten. Bettwäsche und Handtücher neuwertig. Badausstattung teilweise neu.
−Email mit Code und Haus Nummer musste angefordert werden. Antwort umgehend erhalten aber auf Spanisch. Wir sind über eine halbe Stunde mit den Koffern durch die Anlage geirrt da die Beschreibung sehr schlecht war, wir kein Spanisch sprechen und das erhaltene Bild ein Haus mit einem blauen Pavillon zeigt. Leider war von Blau nichts mehr zu sehen da total ausgeblichen. Hätte man viel, viel besser machen können wie bei meinen drei Apartments bei anderen Vermietern im Dez 25 und Jan 26. Auch WiFi Zugang war sehr kompliziert da mehrfach falsche Passörter bzw. Netzwerke übermittelt wurden. Wer Ruhe sucht ist hier falsch da hier viele örtliche Familien in den kleinen Häusern mit bis vier Personen und Hund leben (uns war das Apartment zu zweit zu klein => z.B. nur ein Nachttisch, von einem musste das Bett vom Fußende "geentert" werden), entsprechend sich in der Enge auch mal in die Wolle bekommen und sehr laut streiten. Viele kleine Hunde in der Anlage von denen einer immer kläfft. Anlage sehr in die Jahre gekommen und Müll wird auf den Wegen leider nicht weggeräumt.
