“Sensational accommodation and even better location”
+Plaka's Privileged Accommodation was amazing. The location was "location, location, location" - cannot get any closer to the Plaka area and Bretto's Bar :). The accommodation itself was very clean and tastefully furnished. Checkin and checkout was easy and seamless. I would most DEFINTELY be staying here again, if available. Absolutely loved the apartment. Thank you x

−Kitchen had minimal utensils, making cooking difficult. Nowhere near enough washing powder, dishwasher tablets, rubbish bags. Double glazing is great but there were tavernas and singers below that could be heard. They wrap up around midnight, we slept through them.

“Amazing location; great potential”
+The location is undeniably amazing. The apartment is beautiful. We loved how spacious it was.
−We had a problem with the air conditioning. It quit working on the second night of our stay. By the third night, it was 25 degrees Celsius in the apartment. It was very uncomfortable, and when I asked for help, it wasn't provided. Additionally, here are some issues that the host could easily resolve for a better guest experience: 1. Use fitted sheets on the bed; 2. Since toilet paper cannot be flushed, provide a trash can with a lid to reduce odors; 3. Provide extra trash bags; 4. Provide a sponge, paper towel, or any method of washing dishes -- kitchen is great and we would have liked to use it more; 5. Clean the floors -- my kids' feet were black because the floors were so dirty; and 6. Provide more coffee -- 4 pods for 2 adults staying 3 nights is not much. I don't know if the door out of the building can be fixed, but it sure was difficult to use. Other guests were having the same problem, so it wasn't just us. ;)

“Perfect place on the Plakka for 4 adults + child”
+Position was perfect, right on the Plakka so shorts walks to everything including the Acropolis and other Athens highlights. Giorgios was so helpful in every way. He gave us an excellent introduction to this beautiful property. The entry and exit process was made simple by his explanation. All facilities were clean and bathrooms were highly functional. The master bedroom was fabulous and huge as was the lounge and living space. The kitchen was perfect for self catering, especially with the grocery store just 2 minutes away. Living on the Plakka was fantastic. I could see myself staying much longer than the 2 days we stayed. We loved it!! Giorgios and his team also helped us to arrange a last minute transfer to the cruise Harbour. Thank you so much Giorgios and John!!!
−We were a group of 5 adults, 2 couples and a friend. With the 5th bedspace, the single person had to walk through the other couples bedroom and up very tight steps into a very tiny bedroom at the top. Perfect for a child, but not a tall adult. Secondly the "third bathroom" was really only a powder room, no shower? That was a bit of a surprise and a bit trying, but we managed very well thanks to the the positive attitude of our friend.
