+Loved the entrance from street descending the steps through stone tunnels, the adorable outdoor kitchen, beautiful views from the balcony, very comfortable king bed and one and a half bathrooms (a half bath located on the bedroom level) all beautifully designed.
−There are a lot of steps to navigate so only suitable for those who are fit and travel light.

+Location in Corricella. It was comfortable and offered what we wanted.
−The access to the property I thought was very dangerous down tunnel like stairs and not suitable for people with suitcases. It was very challenging for 2 women in their 60’s. Also the photo I was sent was of a white door not a sage one. Instructions how to get in could have been clearer and also some instructions inside the property would have been appreciated. However I contacted the owner and we sorted all which was appreciated. We did however not go back up those stairs. We took a small boat with a local owner back around to Marina Grande which was much easier and if I was to go again this is how I would go. The information re washing machine, switches, kitchen switch etc should be documented on a laminated flyer in the property. However we did enjoy Procida and the wonderful food of Procida.

“The most picturesque location we have ever stayed in. We wanted to stay forever!”
+The apartment is absolutely stunning-firstly, the location is like something from a film Set (scenes from The Talented Mr Ripley were filmed in the marina. Secondly, the interior is beautiful- carefully decorated and every detail thought of. We really did not want to leave .
−Nothing- it was perfect. Although, beware that there are steep stairs to the property so this would not be suitable for those unable to manage these .

+the location was prime! very authentic experience with a very helpful host.
−access to the property is a bit challenging with large suitcases. lots of small narrow stairs, but easy to find. recommend taking a private boat to the property via the marina.

“Stupendo appartamentino sul mare”
+La struttura è un sogno, sembra di stare in un film! Ti svegli la mattina e avere il porticciolo sotto casa non ha prezzo. L’appartamento ha un bel design e la cucina sul terrazzino non ha prezzo!
−Ero in vacanza con mio fratello e mia mamma, lei ormai 70enne con problemi alle ginocchia! Per arrivare alla struttura sono da fare diversi gradini (molto alti) e questo va segnalato nell’annuncio perché mia mamma ha fatto molta fatica (allego le foto solo per aiutare i prossimi che come mia mamma non ce la farebbero)
