+Excellent location. Nice appartment, spacious rooms. Wonderful terrace on the top. Nearby parking Verdi was OK.
−The appartment is poorly managed. We only had three mismatched teacups. There was only one toilet paper. Only one garbage bag. In one bathroom the shower did not work properly.

+Very spacious apartment, great amount of room for a family. Great location, short walk to all the main sites.
−Both showers were a bit cramped, but at least all bathroom spaces were clean. The apartment was up several flights of stairs so could be an issue for anyone who had several suitcases, or issues with mobility.

“Fabulous Florence”
+Excellent family apartment in a great location. Two double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The apartment is a short walk from the attractions of Florence. There is a fabulous roof top terrace with table chairs and a bbq. We didn't get a chance to fully use these facilities as it was a short visit to Florence
−The apartment is up several flights of stairs. We were fine but it wouldn't be great for anyone with walking issues

“Beautiful”
+The house was beautiful and spacious for the 3 of us. AC in the living room and 2 AC in the bedrooms one each. Walking distance to everywhere and close to convenient stores. Had a wonderful stay!
−Sometimes you could feel there is some smell inside the bathrooms.

“In Opas Ferienwohnung”

−Fragen werden nicht beantwortet und, trotz Bitte im Vorfeld, nicht alle Betten bezogen. Wohnung voller Tand, Küche voller Utensilien, aber z.B. ohne Kochlöffel oder Wasserkaraffe. Anderen Gästen ging es aber offenbar schlechter als uns.

+Nos a gustado el piso como es, ubicación muy cerca del centro.
−Nuestra estancia en Florencia, lamentablemente, nos dejó una impresión muy desagradable debido a serios problemas de organización y comunicación. Todo empezó desde el momento de la llegada. Nuestro vuelo se retrasó, por lo que no llegamos a tiempo para el registro habitual. La chica que debía recibirnos ya no podía esperarnos y tenía que habernos dejado las llaves e indicarnos dónde encontrarlas. Cuando por fin llegamos, estuvimos media hora sin poder contactar con ella ni entrar al alojamiento solo porque se le olvidó activar su teléfono. Sin embargo, la mayor decepción fue la falta de agua caliente durante los 5 días de nuestra estancia. Todos los días nos poníamos en contacto con los anfitriones para comunicar el problema, y todos los días nos aseguraban que ya estaba todo arreglado y funcionando. La realidad es que no hicieron absolutamente nada y simplemente nos estuvieron desinformando. No recomendamos para nada este alojamiento debido a la total indiferencia hacia los huéspedes y a las pésimas condiciones de la estancia.

“Bardzo udany pobyt.”
+Lokalizacja była dobra. Mieszkanie dla 4 osób wystarczające. Mimo, że obiekt ma już swoje lata, to było czysto, spokojnie i blisko, a to dla nas było najważniejsze. Do tego atrakcyjna cena. Polecam.

+Хорошее расположение , недалеко от всех достопримечательностей. Рядом продуктовый магазин. В квартире было достаточно чисто . Кондиционеры работают не очень хорошо. Терраса на втором этаже замечательная,можно позавтракать на свежем воздухе. Машину ставили на парковке за городом Villa Costanza( 7 евро в сутки), потом на трамвае ехали в центр.( 2 евро на человека- 25 минут ехать)
