“Fabulous relaxing stay.”
+The perfect location for exploring the dale’s and the lakes! Very relaxing break. Park visible from every cabin so you can sit back and relax whilst watching your children play.

+How close it was to the Ingleton waterfall trail, and the space outside the lodge had.
−I didn't like the attitude from the site manager (Nev) as we arrived early so wanted to just park up and maybe have a walk around somewhere with our 3 children and 2 dogs and we were greeted with " you don't check in till 4". I said I completely understand that and said we travelled a couple of hours so wanted to beat traffic etc didn't expect to be let in the lodge at this time and I asked if there was a toilet on site that my 4 year old could use and it was like I asked for the world and more. Also in what was the children's bedrooms there was a lot of mould behind the beds and at the side of the wardrobes

“Not great We have stayed in tents cabins and cottages a clean oven and microwave is is essential m”
+That we were quite separate from other cabins.
−The area bit too far from the only pub to walk for me anyway . Nowhere for the dog to be off lead. The property itself is lovely but... the sofas were really uncomfortable one of which turned into a bed, I had trouble one or two nights the bunks had a H&S issue not made up with bedding bed protectors not changed either. The sofa bed couldn't possibly fit two kids comfortably metal hinges stick right up when lying on the bed. No bedding for extra quilts from other room either. When there is extra rooms paid for use should be available. Not at all comfortable as an older person with some aches and pains oooh couldn't wait to get home

“We were a group so required bed settee- this was not a comfortable bed at all. The small print about no towels being sup”
+Clean and idyllic location. Plenty parking
−Bed settee was really uncomfortable as was the living room furniture. Water pressure was really high- got a soaking when switching on taps and shower soaked the bathroom as screen on bath was too small. No towels supplied

+Keys were inside the property when we arrived. Very good location, small, quiet and friendly place.

“Stay was perfect for Christmas time to spend with my kids”
