+For the price and excellent location the beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Own bathroom and you share the kitchen with other guests. Room was spacious, bed comfy, great having a TV. Very central location right in the middle of old town.

“Ok stay, rough around the edges but clean and comfy”
+This was one of those hit n miss stays, reading mixed reviews we took a gamble..... This place is not flash, but for the price and excellent location the beds, bathroom and kitchen were clean. Own bathroom and you share the kitchen with another bedroom (we were fortunate the only ones staying). Room was spacious, bed comfy, great having a TV and washing machine.
−Take matches or lighter as oven hobs are gas. Not great communication we had to contact them to be let in. Do your comms early with them!

“It was ok”
+It was very close to town centre and it was very private.
−The landlord was rude, i asked about the radiators turning off and it was very cold i have 2 little children and it was cold outside and inside. He replied and said “this isn’t a finland sauna” which was very rude and i told him to not speak to me like that. Its the value for money i guess… pay small prices have small values.

“Don't have too much expectations”
+The bedroom with bathroom were mainly okay.
−There was hardly any communication possible, they didn't send any information about how till enter the building and just didn't react to emails (send while we were there, because we had questions about the apartment). The advertisement promises a lot (kitchen, possibility to sit outside, laundry), but it's is all hardly usable. There is a laundry machine but no rack to dry your laundry, there is a flat iron but no board for it, the outside area is a ruin (see picture), in the kitchen there are no towels. The kitchen is probably not for this apartment alone. There seem to be 3 apartments and they probably share the kitchen. In any case, the kitchen is on another floor, it was not part of our apartment. Even worse : the kitchen is not cleaned or checked after a rental. The pans were oily and in the oven we found something full of mould. And finally some things are just unprofessionally done: electricity cables everywhere, carpets laid as if a 16-year old student tried to do it.

+The apartment is located in the heart of Levoča's historical centre, and is itself located in a historical, but partially renovated building. The room was well heated.

−Właściciel obiektu nie odbierał telefonu, dlatego nie nocowałem. Portal Booking zaproponował mi inny nocleg z czego skorzystałem.

+El alojamiento tiene su encanto, es como estar en casa de mi abuela en Ríaza, Segovia, la parte de abajo tienen una cocina común, un poco caótica pero funcional. Si quieres agua caliente tienes que ser un poco Mcgyver. Para entrar no enviéis mensajes porque no responde, llamad directamente. Incluso al final el anfitrión se las ingenia para hablar contigo en tu idioma.
