“If you are looking for comfort and peace, I do not recommend.”
+The location is nice and everywhere is within walking distance.
−No elevator. Too many non useful stuff within the apartment. The mattress is moving easily. The small room is in open air without closing. You could easier hear the noise from neighbors. The owner sent me overall more than 100 messages while we want to have a chill and peaceful vacation. Cannot understand why we even need to sign a contract for 3 days stay. By end for stay, we need to take all trashes out and the trash place is like 150m away and not easy to find. (Never experienced this before)

“Ok”
+The host is very responsive and helpful, lots of good restaurants around the accommodation and everything is walking distance.
−The AC in the apartment is not cooling or giving out cold air at all. We have a 7 month old baby with us and we were sweating big-time and was not able to sleep well. We’re used to the heat as we are from a tropical country but not having any other source of cool air inside the apartment was totally is a big no no for us😔 Lastly, goodluck with the staircase going up on the 3rd floor! This is not the fault of the place but just a heads up

“Fabulous Florence”
+Everything . Great Location The apartment was perfect for three and very clean. The beds were comfortable . The host/hostess was fantastic. Her recommendations and tips of where to go and what to do helped make our three day stay in Florence a super sucess... her restuarant recommendations were spot on.
−Nothing to dislike .

“Raccomandatissimo”
Tutti i consigli erano ottimi!
