“Superb accommodation in fantastic location.”
+It was in a fab location, high spec and very spacious
−There was no elevator and we were on the top floor. Also it advertised that parking was available which was incorrect and misleading.

“A great choice right in the heart of LIxouri”
+Everything was perfect. Clean, spacious room and bathroom, excellent decoration and comfortable beds. The hotel was right in the heart of Lixouri, in front of the main square
−We could not get close to the hotel with the car to unload our suitcases, plus there was no elevator to take our stuff to the room more easily

+Great appartements, directly located in the city center. Very nicely styled interior.
−if you want full quietness, then maybe not recommended as the main square is especially on the weekends very busy also during the night - for us this was not a topic.

+The location, overlooking the town square, near the water and amongst all the shops and restaurants can't be beaten. The views from the huge outdoor area are great.
−Not having a lift with heavy luggage when on the top floor was a bit of a pain, especially with quite narrow stairs. Also, not seeing any on-site staff was not expected. However, we were able to extend our stay (twice) due to changes in plans and were accommodated, without having to change rooms, which was greatly appreciated.

“Grundsätzlich schönes Apartment, allerdings fragwürdige Vermietung”
+Sehr zentrales Apartment in Lixouri mit super Parkmöglichkeiten am Hafen (kostenlos und ca. 3 min zu Fuß zum Apartment). In den Apartments selber fühlt man sich wohl, problematisch war nur die Sauberkeit. Duschgel/Shampoo Proben werden zur Verfügung gestellt.
−Wir hatten für 4 Nächte die Familien Suite gebucht. Bei Ankunft wurde uns mitgeteilt, dass es ein Problem gäbe und wir für die ersten zwei Nächte in die Deluxe Suite umgebucht werden. Dies wurde als kostenloses „Upgrade“ präsentiert, das Zimmer war aber sehr viel kleiner, dafür hatte es eine Terrasse (was grundsätzlich für uns i. O. war). Online war die Deluxe Suite allerdings billiger angeboten, auf unsere Anfrage einen Rabatt für die ersten beiden Nächte zu erhalten, hieß es, dass die Deluxe Suite nur derzeit in der Nachsaison billiger angeboten werden würde… Weiters wurden wir bei Ankunft von der Vermieterin aufgefordert die Taxe (8€ pro Nacht) in bar zu zahlen, obwohl diese bereits wie sich später herausstellte im Preis via Booking inkludiert ist (seitens Vermieter wird diesbezüglich auch auf Booking informiert?!). Die weitere Kommunikation diesbezüglich war für uns sehr fragwürdig. Beide bezogenen Apartments waren leider gar nicht gut gereinigt (Haare und Sand am Boden). Die Klima kühlt sehr langsam. Aufgrund der oben genannten Ereignisse würden wir diese Unterkunft nicht mehr buchen/empfehlen.

“Lepa izkusnja”
+Lokacija nastanitve, moderno opremljeno, postelja je bila udobna.
−Lahko bi bilo bolj cisto (tla, oba umivalnika, tus in kuhinja). Ceprav sva imela vsakodnevno ciscenje, apartma ze v samem startu ni bil "cist".

+Comodidades do quarto e persianas nas janelas, o que não é fácil de encontrar na Grécia.
−Situado na praça, pode ser um pouco barulhento devido aos restaurantes e bares. No entanto a insonorização do quarto é boa e faz com que o barulho não se ouça tanto.
