“Excellent location, lack of cleaning and comfort”
+The apartament is in the city center, it is very easy to get everywhere. The check in was supposed to happen at 2pm, but the hoster allowed us to do it sooner, around midday and half.
−The hoster couldnt speak english, on the way to perugia I was sending messages to her to get some information, but the answers were very vague (not answering). Later i understood why… I did the check in at 12h30 (it was supposed to be at 14h00), because we enter earlier, the bed sheets and the bath towels still needed to be changed. We left our luggage there and we went to the town, while we did it, the hoster changed all the sheets and towels. What i didnt like was the fact the apartament was a bit dirty, with many dust. Considering the check in occurred at 12h30, i dont think the Host have ever planned to clean it. When we returned around 16h, we needed to clean the bathroom to make sure that it was desinfected. In june the outside temperatures were already very high and the apartament didnt have air conditioner. It was really hard to sleep during the night. The Windows are single glazing, we could hear most of the sounds coming from the outside. Because it was weekend, only around 3/4 am the noise stopped.
