“Great location and clean”
+A very good location and easy access with lift to apartment. Quiet if you close the window facing the street.

“Great stay, would stay again.”
+The location was fantastic, excellent value for money. The loft apartment does have a lift to the 3rd story but then you need to use stairs to get to the loft - easy enough but just with luggage it could be difficult for some. I especially liked the decor that the host had used, it had a great retro vibe and some lovely pieces of 'art' throughout.
−It was very hot, the aircon did not work well, but we opened up the windows! Couldn't get the plug to empty in the sink but that may have been us :)

“Do a little research before booking”
+The studio is very central and it's spacious. The kitchen is well equipped, also with oil and herbs / spices. Self check-in is easy. It was clean.
−The place is called the N-word pharmacy, that wording and non-flattering imagery of Africans are on the building and inside the apartment (you can check also on Google Maps). Had I known this, I definitely would not have stayed. It's not ok in 2026 and I do hope the owners will educate themselves a bit more on the topic, and consider a re-branding. The internet was constant, but not strong, if you're working or want to watch Netflix without it needing to load every once in a while, might not be the place. For regular use like reading the news it would be just fine.

“Jederzeit wieder”
+Gastgeber sehr freundlich, Lage top, super geräumige Wohnung, optimal wenn man mehrere Tage in Graz verbringt.
−Ich hätte mir beim Sofa eine Leselampe gewünscht, so war nur Festbeleuchtung möglich. Leider waren bei der Ankunft noch die Brösel des Vormieters in der Wohnung verteilt, aber das war schnell aufgesaugt.
