+Everything is so clean and taken care of i didn’t encounter any kind of problems or obstacles and i could even acces the house 2 am in the morning because of my flight, a very kind and safe neighbourhood close to the center!

−The door lock is complex without instructions and ended up locking one of us in. Thankfully, the host was quick to respond and sent someone.

+The place is great, clean, near everything. there is an amazing square just 200m from the apartment with coffee shops, restaurants, minimarket and more. great neighborhood. The host was amazing - always available and responded to any of out requests. thank you for that - we will sure come again. :)
−instructions are needed: Hot water boiler heating (if AC is not enough) - not to misunderstand - there is everything just a simple page with how to use and were to find... "and the "hill" - if you are not walking people - take uber - or the "hill" will "knock you off...

“Fantastic modern apartment”
+The apartment was fantastic. We stayed for 3.5 weeks and it had everything we needed. Everything is new, comfortable beds, great wifi, fully equipped kitchen with oil, vinegar, salt and pepper. The bathroom had shower gel, soap and shampoo. Plenty of towels. 2 smart TV's. Nice balcony at the back with outdoor furniture. The location is quiet, 3 minutes walk to a lovely local square with lots of restaurants and bars. It is on the ground floor, elevated about 6 steps so very private. The doors all have screens for privacy and insects. We will be back!

“8 Nächte im November”
+Alles im Apartment war wie bei Booking beschrieben. Die Lage ist im oberen Teil von Petralona. Von der Metro Station aus läufst du ungefähr 10 min hierher. Mit Gepäck ist es etwas mehr. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher. Du kannst in der Nacht problemlos mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Die Tür ist eine Sicherheitstür. Einbrecher haben keine Chance. Ich empfand das Apartment als sehr sicher. Im Bett habe ich gut geschlafen. WLAN funktioniert super. Der Boiler muss durch Drücken des entsprechenden Knopfs im Sicherungskasten erst angeschaltet werden. Nach sehr kurzer Zeit kannst Du warm duschen. Das funktioniert wirklich prima. Im Apartment sind ausreichend Handtücher, dass du dir bei Bedarf ein frisches nehmen kannst.
−Als ich kam, empfand ich die Wohnung als staubig. Ich habe mich beim Vermieter gemeldet. Das Problem war zeitnah gelöst. Jemand kam und hat geputzt. Leider empfand ich die Sauberkeit im Bad als nicht gut. Im Schrank im Schlafzimmer stehen teilweise Sachen, die eigentlich woanders untergebracht sein sollten.

“4 diárias em Athenas”
+Anfitrião bem simpático e solícito, nos ajudou quando solicitado .. 100% privacidade, 2 ar-condicionados novos (1 no quarto com cama de casal e 1 no de solteiro), chuveiro e banheiro excelentes, contando com escova de dente/chinelo próprio/xampu etc. Toalhas e lençóis praticamente novos, tudo muito limpo e organizado, e cozinha com vários utensílios caso queira cozinhar/tomar café no apartamento. Havia varanda, porém não a utilizamos devido a nossa visita atarefada. Silencio total no bairro, excelente para um descanso após um dia exaustivo de turismo.
−Apesar de não ser culpa do local, houve uma dificuldade para locomoção de malas devido ao mau estado das ruas locais (viemos a pé do metrô para o apartamento). No quarto de casal, não vi de tinha persiana ou blackout, então luminosidade entrava um pouco no quarto (apesar de acordar cedo de qualquer modo).. De resto, tudo certo
