“We had a wonderful time.”
+The location is great. It is walking distance to all the major sites. We had a problem with the lock and it was promptly fixed.
−It would have been nice to have a few throw blankets around. The apartment was a little chilly.

“Apartment was too dated/old. Close to shops and restaurants”
+Apartment was walking distance to shops, dining and piazza
−Apartment was next to two restaurants and the customers on Friday and Saturday were loud and did not stop making noise (loud voices) until 5 AM the following day!!! You can hear all the noise coming from people on the street, cars passing by and dining customers next door.

“Quality stay in the heart of Florence!”
+Location- close to everything you must see while in Florence… Also comfortable , very spacious , clean, and the staff was very friendly .
−There is a restaurant/bar next door to the property and people stay until late drinking and talking very loud. This was the only downside.

“Comfortable Apartment in the Heart of Florence”
+The apartment was comfortable. It is a great location. They provided us with a few laundry pods to do so laundry. Lots of good food options around the corners.
−It was hard to get warm especially with the high ceilings and tiles floors. The stairs in the master bedroom are impossible to walk by without ducking or hitting your head so be careful. A bit hard and long walk to dragging luggage due to the cobblestone roads.

“Great location, mediocre and noisy apartment.”
+Great location to explore Florence. Staff was helpful as we had to unexpectedly check in late due to flight delays (but we had to pay a high fee for it)
−Noisy! Flat is on bottom floor with bars around the corner open until late. Young people screaming and yelling outside the apartment during every night of our stay. And the walls and acoustic of the building are not the best. Beds are not comfortable. Furniture were overall of low quality which made the apartment look rather cheap and not “designy” as advertised.
