“Remarkable location!”
+Perfect location with the best views. Unit is well furnished with very modern finishes. Clean. Easy access being on the ground floor. Very spacious and much larger than other units at Perna Perna that we stayed in.
−Master bedroom has a strong damp smell and root cause needs to be identified and fixed. Still a brilliant unit that I will definitely book again.

“Perna Perna 1 unit 2”
+The view and location are excellent. Quiet. Very nice rooms, bathrooms and open plan lounge, kitchen and dining room . Everything very clean. Beautiful swimming pool. Safe. Good parking area.
−Some of the window's can't close properly to get the monkeys out. The refrigerator doesn't have all the drawers and racks. Handsoap in bathroom doesn't work properly. No extractor in ensuit . Fan in first room works only on top speed. Casserole's bottom is gone. Only the lid in cupboard.

“It was really awesome.”
+The view is amazing. It feels a lot like home. Easy access to restaurants. The beds were comfy. The shower was lovely. The privacy was much appreciated. It was peaceful.
−An aircon would be nice as the fans were not really cooling. There is a communal laundry room, but if the unit had its own washing machine and dryer it would be great. The pool water could be a little warmer on cooler days.

+The view was great and close to the beach. The rooms were nice and spacious.
−The place had a very strange stuffy smell. That smell was in all the cupboards. The fans looked rusty and the place looked like it had water damage. The outside looked a construction zone. The remote that we were given didn't work so someone had to come and give us a different remote.

“Perna 2 family stay”
+The place was a very nice size. Comfortable beds and furniture very neat. Location also ok
−The dampness in the apartment needs some work. Especially the main bedroom. Damp patches on the walls and very damp inside the wardrobes. Some clothes were stained with mould. Some lights were not working. The apartment could do with a washing machine considering that the laundrette was out of order.
