“Overall, Lorenzo was terrific and we enjoyed our stay here.”
+The apartment was very spacious with separate bedroom and living room/kitchen. The bathroom was large and had good counter space . We could not hear noise from the outside. There is a good coffee shop right next door.
−There were no windows with a view.

“Clean, comfortable and in the perfect spot”
+The most beautiful apartment, close to so many great things but not in middle of the tourist filled area which meant it was quiet and comfortable. Very clean, great facilities and excellent hospitality from the staff, a home away from home!

“Thank you so much for hosting us Lorenzo, we would come back for sure.”
+Studio was very well thought out, modern and comfortable. Having a laundry was a life saver. The location was perfect, very close yet not too close to everything. Our hosts were very responsive to every question. We would come back.
−Nothing - was best stay of trip so far.

“Wonderful place to stay in Florence with a great host.”
+Beautifully renovated. Very clean. Good location. Great host.
−This was our 3rd stay. This time we had a smaller place on the ground floor which felt a bit darker.

“Comfortable and nicely furnished property within easy walking distance to Florence’s beautiful sights.”
+A comfortable property with a warm and attentive host, located within an easy walking distance to many of Florence’s attractions. The elevator was a welcome sight as were the washing machine (with detergent provided) and dryer that were available for use.
−It was a little cramped for two friends travelling together, specifically the bathroom facilities. Being a loft though, this is to be expected.

“Lovely apartment ideally situated to explore Firenze!”
+Lorenzo and Ciara made us feel welcome and were very helpful,- answering queries and helping with bookings etc The apartment was wonderful,- spacious & comfortable and mainly quiet unless there were heavy footed guests above!! Excellent location,- everthing walkable. The kitchen was well equppied. Good shower and comfortable bed. We loved it! Grazie mille x
−We found the pillows very hard and unyielding! I know pillows are a very personal thing but possibly have a few softer ones as an alternative?

“Very clean and new apartment. Staff was great help”
+Very modern and clean. Staff Lorenza was very helpful.
−Towels could be softer. Bathroom needs to add hooks and shelf's for shower towels and personal items. Temperature was 23'C and no fan so we attempted to turn down to 20' C but would not change.
