+A true gem in Piraeus - Exceeded all expectations! >We had an incredible stay at Perfect View. This place deserves a 10-star rating rather than just 5! From the moment we stepped in, it felt like home. The apartment is spacious, meticulously clean, and equipped with absolutely everything you could need for a perfect stay,from top-notch kitchen utensils to an iron and ironing board. >The highlight, of course, is the terrace, which offers a truly breathtaking view. The hosts are exceptionally hospitable, warm, and went above and beyond to help us with everything. Additionally, the location is perfect,very easily accessible and convenient for exploring all the sights, even using public transport. I recommend this place whole-heartedly to anyone. It’s flawless! My family definitely will be back again ! Thank you 🙏❤️

“Wonderful stay in a beautiful quiet neighbourhood in Piraeus and the centre of Athens.”
+The apartment is really spacious, beautifully designed and has an amazing view over the sea. It is located in Piraeus but has good connection to the centre of Athens by metro. Perfect for a family.
−We had some small inconveniences with the hot water but the hosts reacted immediately. I wouldn't say I disliked anything else in particular.

+View from an apartament was really perfect. 😊An apartament consistent with the description, clean with well functioning air-conditioning. Owners are a really helpfull and nice. Location- close to shop, bus station, restaurants. I recommend this place! Especially for an active people.

+Very good localization, near to the sea, nice view from the balcony. Bus round the corner - good connection with other public transport. Apartament was clean, equipped with all what is needed to stay with kids. Quiet neighborhood. Very good contact with host. A pleasant surprise, there was water and some small snacks in the fridge.

“Lovely hosts, some steep hills in the area”
+The hosts were very nice and the apartment was well appointed, we had everything we needed. It is on a very steep hill, but we had easy access to a bus line that stopped just a block away.
−The grocery store was a little far away to carry groceries.

“As expected”
+- The balcony is the pearl of the house. I spent every morning there having breakfast and enjoying the view. And every day the view was different. Beautiful! - For me as a marathoner it was no problem walking to the public transport every day down the main street. There are several options like metro, tram and bus that take you to the most important places. People who have less mobility might want to think twice; the apartment is in a very steep street and on a hill, for going down (and back up) you need to conquer 100 steps of stairs or have a car nearby. Know that you are quite far from the city center. For me this was my purpose, staying in a quiet neighborhood and enjoying traveling a bit each day. - Nice gesture of the hosts to leave some fruits and jam by arrival.
−- The apartment didn't have a coffee machine. - If you have a strong eye for detail like me, you notice many small things in the house need fixing or replacing and would really not take more than 5 minutes work. That would increase the comfort so much!
