“no wifi and no lift with lots of stairs, cute apartment”
+cute apartment with nice views, kitchen had salt and Pepper and this kind of staff as well as cleaning staff and all kind of machines for coffee toaster etc. the host did really tried to fix the wifi issue.
−only one wifi router on the apartment downstairs, no signal upstairs, they tried to fix it but no luck, also, while I was taking a shower, the wifi technician tried to come into the apartment without permission, I was compensated for this but its a terrible thing, I got very scared. There's 3 flights of stairs and a broken lift.

+We loved staying here - the location is brilliant, the bed is comfy, the shower is powerful. We were here in April and it was hot but the central air-well kept the apartment cool. The terrace and roof terrace were amazing. The corner shop is two steps away and has everything - cheese, veg, meat, beer, exciting herbal teas... And you're a couple of minutes from the waterfront. We felt so lucky to be in this apartment in this beautiful town.

+Nous avons apprécié l'emplacement de ce studio en cœur de ville ainsi que la petite terrasse privative uniquement pour l'appartement du 3ème étage nommé Culatra.
−L'ameublement n'est pas bien adapté à un studio avec sa grande table pour 6 personnes alors que l'appartement ne peut en accueillir que deux. Le réfrigérateur est très petit. Déco faite de bric et de broc ...cet appartement nécessite un réamenagement plus épuré et organisé ainsi qu'un ménage complet (hotte et lave vaisselle très sales). Quant à la terrasse partagée, elle mérite elle aussi le même traitement afin de devenir accueillante.

“deberian de cerrar este alojamiento”
+La ubicacion es bastante mala, imposible aparcar por la zona, hay que revisar todos los datos bien antes de reservar ya que ne el anuncio no te cunetan bien el alojamiento que es y menos las zonas comunes.
−Estoy tramitando una denuncia a los organos pertinentes ya que hemos tenido roedores, se notifico al propietario durante la estancia y no se hizo nada al respecto. Me parece algo vergonzoso por las condiciones que hemos estado y muy preocupados por haber estado espuestos a graves infecciones

“Bien ubicado pero mejorable.”
+La ubicación y la limpieza.
−Nevera de broma para un apartamento y sin congelador. La puerta del baño no funcionaba. El ascensor no funcionaba. El apartamento de arriba es un auténtico horno en verano, aún teniendo aire acondicionado, si lo apagas el aislamiento es nulo y vuelve el calor.

−Pas de volet ou de rideaux occultant aux fenêtres donc lumière permanente la nuit et soleil le jour donc la climatisation peine à refroidir ! Le sol était sale et beaucoup de moisissures.

“Ganz nette Wohnung mit einigen Mängeln”
+Olhâo Promenade, Strand, Inseln Armona, Farol und Culatra sind herrlich. Der Markt und die Markthalle sowie die Restaurants und Bars sind wirklich gut. Die Menschen im Wohngebiet sind freundlich und authentisch. Es ist ein guter Eindruck in den portugiesichen Alltag. Fast an jeder Ecke findet man einen kleinen Supermarkt. Auch gleich am Eck ist ein netter kleiner Lebensmittelladen. Bettwäsche, Handtücher waren sauber und die kleinen Beigaben für Dusche und Küche von Rental Valley waren nett. Gewürze, Sonnenschirme sind wohl von den Vormietern dagelassen, was sehr gut ist.
−Oberflächlich wirkt die Unterkunft recht nett, es gibt nette Accessoires überall. Küche und Bad sind eher für Riesen gemacht 😉 Arbeitsplatten sind sehr hoch, dafür ist das Spülbecken eher schwieriger erreichbar, da leider im Eck der Küche platziert. Es gibt eine große Spülmaschine, dafür ist der Kühlschrank eher eine Minibar. Also Achtung beim Einkaufen. Es passt fast nichts rein. Herd und Abzug gut, die Arbeitsplatte ist leider klebrig und nicht sauber zu bekommen (Beton). Wohnung ist im zweiten Stock mit schmaler Gittertreppe. Für Schwindelfreie kein Problem, aber für die anderen eine große Überwindung. Die Koffer bekommt man schwierig nach oben, zumal der Aufzug defekt ist. Das angepriesene W-Lan bekommt man nur im Außenbereich, da der Router wohl unten im Erdgeschoss platziert ist. Innen gibt es keine Chance. Obwohl mir versprochen wurde, dass das W-Lan funktioniert, da ich, aufgrund eines vorigen Kommentars, nachgefragt hatte. Die Wohngegend ist sehr unterschiedlich. Die beiden angebauten Nachbarhäuser sind eher Müllhalden, was versucht wurde, etwas abzuschirmen. Manche Häuser sind nett hergerichtet, andere totale Ruinen. “Schlechteste Unterkunft ever!”
−Wohnung ist dunkel, es hat Schimmel im Bad und an Wänden, die Küchenutensilien waren nicht sauber, Kissen und Vorhänge müssten dringendst mal gewaschen werden.
