“Authentic beach stay at Perea.”
+Location is great, close to the beach and shops. The veranda with the apartment is great and gives a more authentic Greek experience.
−The bed was very uncomfortable the wooden bed frame made it very uncomfortable and difficult to come out and in of bed hurting the legs. I guess having such a wooden bed frame, you would need a more thicker mattress that will be above the bed frame so your legs will touch the mattress, making it to be soft around the legs when going in and out of bed, or you keep the mattress and buy a divan as a bed frame.

+Anything? Because I couldn't stay at the hotel
−I couldn't stay at the property because I didn't receive a reservation confirmation. But the money was deducted from my account. I am complaining about the owners of this establishment, Cennet, through every system.

“Slab”
+Locatia destul de aproape de plaja si de centrul statiunii In camera era racoare raportat la caldura de afara, terasa foarte ok pentru o cafea dimineata si relaxare seara tv aer conditionat. Plita si electrocasnicele sunt ok te poti folosi de ele.
−Cand intri te loveste un miros de inchis combinat cu mucegai, patul execrabil te lovesti de el tot timpul ca locul este foarte ingust, peretii scorojiti umezeala, rugina peste tot mobila de la bucatarie abia se mai tine in balamale, canapeaua trebuie sa dispara, nu e buna de nimic, este pusa de forma nu poti dormi in ea, daca o dai la gunoi ai face un mare favor, baia mica rau, dusul nu se inchide, tot vechi si de proasta calitate, dulap nu exista, e o specie de cuier combinat cu niste polite, masina de spalat ruginita si inghesuita in baia aia si asa mica raportat la pret nu se merita ! Nu mai vorbim de galagie, si de la vecini si de la masini, gunoiul se ia dimineata pe la 4 si sigur te trezeste! In poze arata super in realitate grav.

−Die Waschmaschine hatte schimmel, welche wir erst im Nachgang festgestellt haben als unsere Kleidung beschädigt war. Waschmaschine hat auch nicht geschleudert. Der Eigentümer hat sich darum nicht gekümmert nachdem wir ihn mehrmals kontaktiert haben. Mikrowelle war defekt. Die konnte nicht geschlossen werden und somit nicht genutzt werden. Der Backofen war voll verschimmelt und komplett dreckig. Der konnte nicht benutzt werden da es lebensgefährlich sein kann. Der Eigentümer hat darauf auch nicht reagiert. Der Zweck dieses Auffenhaltes war, dass man dort kochen und Kleidung putzen kann. Dies konnte aufgrund der oben genannten Tatsachen nicht ausgeführt werden.

“Per un breve soggiorno”
+La posizione della struttura è sicuramente uno dei punti di forza, così come la buona pressione dell’acqua e la comodità del materasso, che hanno reso il soggiorno più piacevole.
−Purtroppo, però, l’esperienza complessiva è stata penalizzata dagli standard di pulizia, che ho trovato insufficienti. Non si trattava di piccole sviste o dimenticanze occasionali, ma di una situazione che lasciava intendere una pulizia non accurata di alcune forniture e aree della casa. Ho riscontrato, ad esempio, federe macchiate, il forno grasso e sporco, prese elettriche ricoperte di polvere e accumuli di sporco negli angoli del pavimento e lungo i battiscopa. Inoltre, data la presenza di blatte nella zona, avrei apprezzato qualche accorgimento in più da parte dell’host, come la disponibilità di un tappo per il lavandino e di un repellente o altro sistema preventivo. Un altro aspetto che mi ha deluso riguarda le schermature esterne in pagliarella: rispetto a quanto mostrato nelle foto, risultano più basse e meno coprenti. Questo non solo riduce sensibilmente la privacy degli ospiti, ma favorisce anche l’ingresso di sporcizia e rifiuti provenienti dalla strada quando c’è vento. Ritengo che con una maggiore attenzione alla pulizia, alla manutenzione e ad alcuni dettagli pratici la struttura potrebbe offrire un’esperienza decisamente migliore.
