“Lovely apartment”
+The rooftop terrace is lovely. Two sunbeds, two comfy chairs and sofa, dining table and four chairs, BBQ. Really great for private sunbathing. The beds in both bedrooms are really comfy with good quality toppers. Lounge area is nice but sofa would only seat 3 so if 4 people staying one would have to sit at breakfast bar. We were just a couple so it was perfect for us. The pool is near the apartment, we didn’t use it but it was well maintained. As said before on reviews there are quite a lot of stairs on this complex - if you are infirm this isn’t your place. Owners are very nice and helpful and proud of their lovely property.

“Exceptional penthouse in Mojacar Playa”
+Exceptional property which well deserves a 10 ot of 10 rating.Our stay was a home from home experience.The attention to detail in the decor and the facilities provided to made our stay very comfortable.The apartment was spotless.The bathrooms were very modern,powerful shower and lots of towels and beach towels were provided.The roof terrace with amazing views and facilities makes the property very special.Tje owners Michèle and Serge were very welcoming and friendly.The penthouse has nearby golfing,supermarket and beach within walking distance.Great local bus service will bring u to many restaurants and beaches along the promenade and up to the old town /pueblo.We loved this traditional town.Would highly recommend Mojacar Playa as a holiday destination and this fabulous penthouse.

“Relaxing home from home”

−There is a spiral staircase to a lovely roof terrace but maybe not manageable for everyone

+La casa es fiel a las imágenes, esta perfectamente equipada para disfrutar unos dias y la terraza es un plus que mejora la estancia en gran medida . La plaza de garage también se agradece
−Me gustó todo pero al encontrarse en un ático del edificio l subida desde el garage supone 6 tramos de escaleras sin ascensor y por lo tanto subir maletas y compras puede resultar pesado. La distancia a la playa andando es de unos 10 minutos cuesta abajo. Por lo que subir con los bartulos habituales (sillas, bolsas, sombrillas) se hace un poco pesado también. Lo bueno es que con el garagw wn casa se subsana bastante esta pequeña dificultad

+El piso excelente , muy buenas vistas , todo muy limpio y muy cuidado con mucho menaje y productos de primera compra que se agradece mucho tener al llegar. Los propietarios en todo momento muy amables y dispuestos.
−La zona es estupenda para tranquilidad pero no esperen encontrar nada que no sea su vivienda. Es una urbanización de casas particulares en una zona alta por lo que todos los paseos serán o en cuesta o en escalera. Por no haber no encontramos ni un solo bar donde tomar una café o una sola tienda donde comprar cualquier imprevisto aunque hay supermercados cercanos. Desde el parking tendrán que subir escaleras como de un tercer piso para que lo tengan en cuenta las personas mayores o impedidas.
