+Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war freundlich und bei unserem WIFI-Problem wurde uns umgehend und schnell geholfen! Die Lage ist einfach super, man ist entweder zu Fuß schnell an der Metro Akropoli oder man spaziert in alle Richtungen 15-25min.
−Das ist etwas individuelles und persönliches aber für uns waren die Kissen einfach zu hart.

“Amazing location, bathroom is an issue.”
+Amazing location, easy access to all touristic spots. Sheets and beds were clean and room was spacious. Air conditioning worked fine. Iron and ironing board was nice, however the iron leaked water. Check in and out were easy. Good value for this price point.
−Bathroom was the biggest problem. Shower was tiny (incredibly tiny, if you are bigger you will seriously not fit in it) and shower curtain and its plastic bar fell on our head while showering. Bathroom door did not have a lock and no door knob as well, so it did not close fully. No privacy at all. If the light is on you can kind of see the person inside since the door is only a sheet of blurred glass. Bathroom sink was tiny and you could not use it to wash your face without splashing your clothes, we used the kitchen sink mostly. Since the shower leaked all over the bathroom floor it got dirty on the first day. Amenities are kind of old but not the biggest issue. Balcony was really dirty with dried pigeon droppings everywhere. For this price point it was still somewhat OK but the bathroom is incredibly problematic.

+Vi racconto la mia esperienza: Una volta arrivate, io e le mie amiche abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza super, l'host è davvero gentile e disponibile! L'appartamento è in una zona centrale e si presenta bene: è luminoso, con un buon arredamento e il tutto e davvero spazioso, eravamo davvero felici di averlo trovato.
−Facendo un giro della camera ci accorgiamo però della scarsa pulizia della stanza, di conseguenza iniziamo a dare una sistemata ed una pulita in giro fin quando, dopo aver spruzzato uno spray per insetti in giro, iniziano a venir fuori delle blatte... Noi, preoccupate, chiamano l'host che gentilmente ed immediatamente viene a "sistemare" la situazione, spruzzando ulteriormente un prodotto per insetti, ma nonostante ciò abbiamo deciso di andare via dall'appartamento. Ho apprezzato la massima velocità e disponibilità dell'host, la sua gentilezza in quanto, vedendoci spaventate ha subito accettato il rimborso nonostante la struttura non prevedesse la cancellazione gratuita, però sono davvero dispiaciuta per l'accaduto perché l'appartamento ha del potenziale, ma deve assolutamente essere fatta manutenzione e pulizia perché è inaccettabile una situazione del genere: in circa un'ora che siamo state nell'appartamento sono venute fuori 4 blatte, penso ci sia un'infestazione o qualcosa del genere... Dunque, abbiamo preferito lasciare l'appartamento e restare senza hotel piuttosto che stare in un appartamento con degli scarafaggi :(

+Локація чудова, близько до Акрополя. Приємний господар, весь час на зв'язку. Поряд є мінімаркет. Простора квартира; були фен і праска. Кондиціонер працював.
−Диван і матрац були старенькі, не дуже зручно спати. На Кухні були таргани 🤯. Ванна кімната дууже маленька, душова кабіна і раковина малесенькі. Душова система, а саме лійка працювала несправно. Пил.
