+Really good location, near the beach and bus stop
−My stay at this property was extremely disappointing due to a serious cockroach infestation. Cockroaches were found in the apartment, including in the kitchen, on my luggage and personal belongings, and even in the bed. The property was treated with insecticides during my stay. However, I was not offered alternative accommodation during the treatment and had to remain in the premises while the chemicals were being used, which raised serious concerns about my health and safety. Despite this treatment, cockroaches continued to appear in the following days, making the accommodation unsuitable for a comfortable and hygienic stay. No compensation, refund, or other satisfactory remedy was offered. I reported the situation to Booking.com on several occasions. Although the platform forwarded my complaints to the property owner, this did not result in an effective resolution. I believe that Booking.com should have provided more meaningful assistance in addressing the situation, including considering alternative accommodation or another appropriate remedy, given the circumstances reported. “Przyjemne miejsce dla dwóch osób planujących zwiedzanie i plażowanie w Maladze.”
+Bliskość plaży, kawiarni, restauracji. Łatwy i szybki kontakt z gospodarzem.

“A place worth recommending”
+A perfect location although finding a parking space borders on a miracle. The room was clean and everything was as described.
−The air conditioning would be perfect especially while summer heat waves but the fan also did the job.
