“Great”
+Lovely apartment. Easy (if hilly) walk to lots of attractions and public transport as well as shops and bars. The apartment was clean and we were met on arrival with the key. Very quiet at night, although there was construction work in a nearby building in the day. We were out most of the time so it wasn't a problem. Lisbon is lovely and the apartment was a great base. I wish we had stayed longer.
−There were not enough cups or glasses. Loads of plates, but only 2 mugs. Plenty of washing up liquid provided though, so we just washed them after every use, but not having to do so would have been nice.

“Mooi appartement met goede locatie.”
+Een ruim en comfortabel appartement met voldoende servies, zeker hygiënisch en een goede locatie dichtbij bushaltes.
−De wi fi functioneerde bij ons niet zo goed maar dat was voor ons geen prioriteit.

“Funcional y práctico”
+Es muy funcional, tiene todos los servicios muy completos (material de cocina, lavadora, fregaplatos y material de cocina). Esta muy bien ubicado, con bus 735 al centro y a estaciones. Ducha perfecta y cama muy cómoda. Destacar la atención de acogida, nuestro vuelo se retraso y hubo buena comunicación y espera.
−El patio fue uno de los motivos para la elección y tiene encanto, fue una pena que estuviese sucio y descuidado.

+Posizione buona per chi voleva risiedere in città senza problemi di traffico. Ristoranti vicini, tutto facilmente raggiungibile anche, se per chi voleva muoversi con i mezzi pubblici.

+War schon eine sehr schöne Unterkunft mit guter Ausstattung.
−Man könnte den Hofbereich noch etwas grüner gestalten, dann wäre er noch ansprechender. Die Tür von dem Gebäude ist eine Katastrophe. Bei Hitze verzieht sie sich und man bekommt sie entweder nur mit Mühe auf oder gar nicht mehr zu. Die Lage war für mich und meine Frau die auf einen Rollstuhl angewiesen ist eine Herausforderung (sehr steil). Mit Uber kommt man aber problemlos für wenig Geld in Lissabon überall hin. Ich empfehle zudem den Parkplatz Parque de Estacionamento da Graça - EMEL. Der ist nur 3 Straßen weit weg und noch mäßig steil. Nur 10 Euro pro Tag und Video überwacht. Auf den anderen öffentlichen Parkplätzen in dem Viertel "bewachen" Suchtkranke den Parkplatz und fasseln irgendeinen Quatsch, dass der Öffentliche Parkplatz ihrem Onkel gehört und das Gebühren fällig werden oder verlangen Geld für "Einparkhilfe". Das kommt aber häufiger vor in Portugal.
