“Family break”
+Near everything, nice to be able to go on the roof in the sunshine. Nice big shower, nice big double bedroom & cozy single bedroom
−Washing machine would be more useful than a dishwasher. Settees need replacing as the legs are very loose.

“Very disappointing”
+Good location, near to fantasy island and the beach.
−No towels provided Only one toilet roll for two ppl (for 4 days stay) No basics - tea coffee sugar, Salt and pepper pot which were both empty Dirty wine glasses in the cupboard Only 1 single glass (dirty again) One tea towel Tiniest amount of washing up liquid No dish cloth provided Mob bucket as soon as we walked in with dirty packet of tablets behind it! Beds super hard and uncomfortable. The shower kept turning off (losing pressure) No lock on bathroom door! Receptionist was very unprofessional and had no rush whatsoever. Said to be there for the check in at 3:45 and wasn’t there -I had to ring her and then wait outside in the rain. Booked for 4 nights ,only stayed for 2 nights - couldn’t wait to leave. Stayed here twice before and was rather okay, this time it was absolutely shocking (new staff I believe) Would never return and would not recommend. Only plus side is the location is nice and near to everything.

“Weekend away for 2 in Park View flat”
+Nice sized flat with everything you need during your stay
−The flat smelled damp when arriving & although it had what we needed it was very basic. No mattress protectors on either bed & beds were stained so had to buy some. Lots of dust, hair & fluff on the floors, towel rail was pitted with rust, conservatory floor torn & very old, only 1 chair on the balcony which was a shame as we couldn't use it. The sofa cushions needed a good clean. The flat is very " tired " in places which is such a shame as its a cracking place to stay. I did leave feeling disappointed.

+Really nice first floor apartment , nice terrace , good size kitchen and lounge , 5/10 mins walk to fantasy island .
−Just needs a few little extras , some chopping knives and new utensils but otherwise no complaints

−The only thing was the smell of damp it was really strong when entering the property we have stayed before and it was a little damp in one room where wall peeling abit but was worse this time alot more peeling off and was coughing alot especially at night it also clung to the clothes I didn't use to bring home
