+Fantastic location and fantastic host. Room was clean, spacious, and stocked with all the necessities a traveler would want including a washing machine. Location wise, you're nestled on a block with great pizza as well as a nearby supermarket. It's situated about 2-3 stops from the Colosseum. Semi was super, responsive in communication, and helped us with getting from the airport to the apartment and even helped us with our luggage/getting us to Termini on our last day. The stay also included vouchers for simple but good Italian breakfasts at the cafe downstairs.
−Nothing negative.

“Excellent host in a great apartment in central Rome.”
+Semi is an exceptional host; always keen to reply with helpful advice. There was a welcome bottle of wine and tickets for breakfast at the cafe in the building; completely unexpected and appreciated. The location is a minute from the metro and interesting embassies and restaurants in the neighborhood. Apartment was immaculate and air conditioning in a very hot Rome worked well.

+Everything was absolutely perfect. The apartment was well located, clean, quiet and comfortable and had everything we needed including nice coffee for breakfast and a usb charging point with lots of cables. The metro station was right next to the apartment which you could use to easily get to the Colossuem etc. and there is a bus stop right opposite. We took the 492 bus to the pantheon and Trevi fountain. Semi was lovely host - very friendly and helpful. We would love to return again.

“Great Place to Stay”
+Semi is an excellent host, he guided me to plan my itinerary, suggestion for attraction/ train tickets and also was willing to book a cab from airport. The property is located right next to Metro station hence moving around is very easy if using public transport. The property itself was very clean and had all the required facilities for the stay. Semi also allowed us to stay longer on our day of departure without any additional charges.
