“Perfect location, very clean with the huge perk of a washer/dryer.”
+I liked that the washer and dryer was a single unit and it worked great! It was a much needed perk because we were needing a full set of clean clothes before the next leg of our journey.
−The electronic phone key app didn't work for us, but they met us to hand us physical keys, which is kind of a pain to carry around. Wish they had a 'door code'. But I'm being very picky because I can't think of anything else negative to say. The location was so amazing. The property was very clean. They were very responsive if I needed anything. The size of the room was quite nice for a Paris apartment in that location.

“Very good and cozy appartments”
+Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The apartment is spacious enough and has a sofa bed for children. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from Notre-Dame and many of Paris’s main tourist attractions. Public transport connections are also excellent. Even though the area is quite busy with people walking by throughout the day, as you would expect in the city center with plenty of cafés and restaurants nearby, the apartment was surprisingly quiet, and we slept very comfortably. The apartment also has heating, which is a nice bonus if you're visiting during the colder months.
−I'm not sure what went wrong, but our phone numbers were never registered in the DOM Key app. As we later discovered, the host apparently doesn't check messages on Booking.com, so we ended up having to call her directly, and someone brought us physical keys instead. Not realy a big problem, but being able to unlock the door with our phones would probably have been much more convenient. Just something to keep in mind. The second downside isn't really a downside , it could actually be a bonus, but only if you're an elf who poops violets. In that case, the lovely floral scent from the toilet will spread throughout the entire apartment. 🧚♂️🌸 Apparently, the ventilation in the apartment isn't particularly good or perhaps the flimsy toilet door just doesn't seal very well.

+Central location, very convenient and presents beautifully. Ample sleeping room for 3 adults. Compact but well appointed for kitchen, bathroom and bedding, washer included.
−Directly across from a night bar space which is open until very late. A 2nd fan could be worthwhile for master bed room area. Noting one Dyson fan provided worked tor lounge area very well, bedroom could do with a 2nd fan.

“We felt that the appt had been misrepresented, but we were able to make ourselves comfortable.”
+One of the people in charge of the property tried to be helpful. The mural on the living room wall was terrific. The appt contained all the appliances one might want (including coffee maker and a small washing machine), and the appliances seemed all new and in very good working condition. The appt was small but well laid out. The furniture was modern and clean. The decorative touches were tasteful. With all the lights on and the second bed open (added more white to the room) the apt was bright and cheerful. (See below for when the lights were not on full blast or the second bed was closed.) Except for the mural, the walls and ceiling were painted white, keeping the appt from feeling very closed in.
−The Dom Key system did not work. We were able (with difficulty) to get keys from the lockbox but were not able to get second key for days. We were not told that the Dom key system was not working until we asked (over several days) for an extra key. We finally got the extra key when we accidentally locked ourselves out. The appt and only window (frosted) opens out directly on a walkway. When the window was opened more than a crack, there was no privacy. The flat feels like a small basement 1-room appt. with a low ceiling and a half-wall separating the living/kitchen area from the sleeping area. The air in the appt was musty. We were able to mostly air it out, using the internal "air conditioner". This machine acts like a fan and air purifier. It does not noticeably change the air temperature. We chose the appt because the advertising said it has air conditioning, and we felt this was misleading. When the second bed is closed, the "living room" has as furniture a couch at the mural, some boxes acting as tables, and some dinette furniture in a corner.
