+Absolutely dismayed
−We went inside, met the owner who was kind enough to let us check-in very early. I asked if an early check-in would give enough time for a cleaning and we were assured that the cleaning was already done the prior night. Though the dining room table had a/c instructions, there was no a/c, though original Reservation specs indicated a/c. Fans were provided. The moment we pulled out a chair from the motley mismatch of chairs around the dining room table, we realized the apartment was never cared for and evidently never cleaned. The chairs were a mismatched collection of broken, filthy, fabric-peeled chairs evidently recovered from street trash. We went to the patio, which we were allowed to use, and found dirty underwear the instant we looked at the stairs. The top of the patio is uninhabitable from the filth. The mattresses were cheap, and though the beds had been made, we questioned if the bed cover had truly been washed. The sheets seemed washed. The inspected the floor and realized it had never been mopped in months. White socks immediately turned black from the dirt on the floor. “Mooie locatie en goede host, maar een matig appartement met slechte hygiëne en bedden.”
+Locatie in Barcelona, mooi dicht bij de nodige metrostations. De host was enorm aardig en meedenkend! Veel ruimte in het appartement. Ging enorm goed om met een dubbele boeking en was erg flexibel.
−De bedden en hygiëne binnen het appartement waren niet best. Lastig te bedienen televisie. Chromecast deed het, maar kregen geen verbinding. Er was sprake van een dubbele boeking, waar we een aantal uren aan verloren hebben. De douche was erg laag.

+Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend
−Es war sehr dreckig und hat gestunken. Offensichtlich gab es einen Wasserschaden der nicht vollkommen beseitigt wurde. Es war eine sehr hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit und hat dementsprechend gerochen.

“Toereikend voor het beoogde doel (slapen), met redelijke prijs kwaliteitverhouding”
+betaalbare plek op centrale locatie, rustige buurt, de meeste winkels en Tapas bars binnen handbereik, ook openbaar vervoer goed bereikbaar, metro(aanrader) , stadsbusssen. mooie omgeving, ik vond persoonlijk de grafitti op de roldeuren van de diverse bedrijven mooi.
−Er was geen verwarming, en die was af en toe wel nodig, gelukkig was er beddegoed (dekbedden in overvloed). de schuine inloop (het ligt aan een helling) is mijn buurman over gestruikeld en gevallen, dit had een zwart/gele streep (tape oid) kunnen gebruiken
