“Our host did everything possible to make her guests comfortable.”
+Check-in was super easy with the code. Our host gave us excellent directions for finding the house. The living room was very comfortable with two side chairs and a loveseat, all very comfortable. The kitchen had sooo many appliances, including a full size washer and dryer. The bathroom was clean and the towels were big. The beds were comfy with lots of pillows and a full body heating pad.
−Panoramic views come with a price and for this house that meant a very steep street. For people with kids the yard does not have a place to play outdoors.

“Fit our needs perfectly! Easy and pleasant to be there.”
+Good space for 2 friends --- good privacy + good common space. Easy drive into town. Bathroom nice. LOVED the heated mattress pad! Good equipment Easy to communicate with host --- very friendly.
−There were pots and pans, but no stove. Mysterious. The floor changed levels, which we never quite adjusted to. Could be another towel rack or shelf in bathroom.

+Spacious area and nicely decorate.
−Unit was located up a very steep hill, which was not previously disclosed. Luckily, we were able to switch out our smaller car with a family members SUV to drive up hill more easily. Flooring inside unit was uneven and not marked, which made it easy to trip on at night. Residents living upstairs were easily heard, especially when walking around above kitchen and living room area.

−We liked everything. We generally like to be right in town so we can walk to everything, and this is not walkable, although just a 2 mile drive. But, right outside the door are beautiful hiking trails with exquisite madrone trees and views! It was a treat we didn’t expect and came to really love.

“Good location, clean space”
+Location, the hosts were very friendly when we had any questions or issues.
−The door code didn’t work consistently and there’s a raised hardwood platform in the middle of the unit that is easy to trip over. There’s also quite a bit of noise from the floor above where the owner lives and I worried about my own sound at night.

“Best Place to stay in Ashland”
+We stayed for 8 nights. The best apartment rental I have ever came across traveling. I have been a frequent visitor to Ashland the last 6 years, and from now on I will only stay at this beautiful property in the hills. Hoping for availability. The apartment was exceptionally clean and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor is stylish, furniture and beds are comfortable. Extra towels, beddings provided, as well as heating blankets for colder nights. We didn't need to turn on the heater, our days were warm, the air-conditioning unit worked great. Location and the view is the best. The street is quiet, hiking trails just outside the door. Parking is easy and plenty on the street as well as right next to the apartment for convenience. Our host was friendly, informative and always available. Very highly recommended, just please don't book the days I want to stay there :).
−Would have loved to stay longer. Very happy to return in the near future.
