+Good and spacious apartment close to village center with nice view on athletic track. The apartment has several sunny balconies and shows nice far view on see.
−We had a few minor issues with one of the two bathrooms. Note that the apartment was very clean.

“Lovely quite spacious apartment”
+The space on the balcony was great plenty of options to sit out. Loads of coffee pods provided. Shower Gel, Shampoo & conditioner provided. Very quite area so for a very light sleeper there was no problem sleeping. Car parking space was very handy.

+very clean well laid out apartment with great view out to sea, good outside space with large umbrella over table. Lift from garage takes you straight to apartment. comfortable inside area
−these are not complaints just observations and information for potential guests. no cushions on outside furniture, we were told they were stolen by previous guests, new items ordered but not in time for us to use. only one useable sunbed , the rest are over a hundred years old! no information pack, you have to repeatably text Fernando for information such as how to access the apartment from the parking area, wifi code, etc no internet for the last two days, we were told as its the weekend nothing could be done. Beds are very hard, we had to buy a mattress cover to sleep. oven control information has worn off so hit and miss with using this. only one hand towel between 2 of us, asked for more but nothing arrived. Fernando does not reply to questions until repeatedly prompted which is not very professional.

+Large and comfortable with an enormous terrace. Good bedrooms and attractive furniture. Lovely view.
−Outside furniture needs a little attention, but we still enjoyed sitting out and enjoying the space.

“Perfect location, stunning views, highly recommend.”
+Just spent 6 wonderful weeks in this apartment. Check in / key collection very simple & easy to find. Location is perfect, 25 minute stroll to the Balcón de Europa, close to supermarkets (5-10 mins walk) walking distance to beaches too. Apartment is very well equipped & spacious. Very clean on arrival. Fantastic views from the balcony and roof terrace. Fernando the host is very responsive to messages. 2 designated parking spaces under the apartment building make it perfect for a larger vehicle. As other reviews have mentioned, the only negative would be that the outdoor furniture needs review. I’d highly recommend this property for a stay in Nerja and am already looking forward to returning. Overall a great experience.

“Good value for money for a short stay”
+We chose Nerja as a middle point in our trip so we stayed only 2 nights and for that purpose it was ok.The apartment is on the top so you can enjoy a very nice view of the sea and in front of the building there is a sport club and you might enjoy a soccer game. The beds are on the hard side but for us it was good so no problem with that. If you arrive by car, the entrance is different from the main entrance. The complex has 3 buildings so once you park your car, make sure you go to the entrance that is next to the parking lot, otherwise you will be in another building. Even though, we were told that the elevator was not working, while we were there, we had no problem. Everything was clean. There is a supermarket in walking distance, you can see it from the apartment.
−Unfortunately, we could not use the kitchen because there was a missing knob and the pans were not making good contact with the kitchen so It did not warm up and we could not have our eggs for breakfast. Since our stay was short we did not have time to notify this to the host but we did it just now. These are issues that are easy to solve for the next guests.
