+Just like the name says: Panoramic Mountain View. The front balcony gave views of the Three Sisters Mountain and there Mountain View’s from the main bedroom in the back as well.

+In a nice resort
−Complaint Regarding Inaccessible at Panoramic Mountain View Condo in Canmore I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent stay at your three-bedroom rental property in Canmore. Our experience was significantly impacted due to the broken elevator and an obstructed staircase leading from the third to the fourth floor,where our unit was located. Traveling with three elderly guests, the lack of elevator access and the scaffolding blocking part of the staircase made it extremely difficult,and at times unsafe,for us to reach the unit. Hauling our luggage up multiple flights of stairs was exhausting, and more importantly, it severely limited the mobility of my senior guests. As a result, they were largely confined to the room and unable to participate in the outdoor activities we had planned. This situation also forced me to split my time between staying indoors with them and trying to salvage parts of the trip. Needless to say, the experience did not meet the expectations set by your listing. What’s most disappointing is that we received no prior warning about these accessibility issues. Had I been informed in advance, I would have had the opportunity to make other arrangemen

“With the amount we paid, we could have stayed in a place with a working elevator.”
+Unit was well equipped and clean.
−We were not informed that the elevator was busted. We travelled with 2 elderly people and 1 person with disability and had to go up to the 4th floor with our luggages in tow. We stayed for 4 nights and had to take the stairs everyday.

−The cleaning fee is very high and yet we are asked to take out the garbage. The layout and the staff on property are unhelpful.
