“A wonderful apartment in a fantastic location with an excellent host!”
+I had a lovely experience staying at the apartment. The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and well equipped, in a fantastic central location, with everything within walking distance. Mihai is a wonderful host- friendly, attentive, and always happy to help. Communication was excellent throughout, and I truly felt at home. Highly recommended!

“Perfect base to explore Bucharest.”
+The location and value for price is unbeatable. The location around corner from Atheneum and walking distance to many of other sights is great, and there are wonderful restaurants just under the apartment already. The apartment itself was fine, not too small, not in too bad condition.
−I would give 10/10 but it was not the same apartment as in picture. I value honesty so that knocks one point off. Then, one window was without curtain. I mentioned it on arrival, so they would have time to do something, but there was no reaction from their side, just a hurried message how getting right parts will take time. So that's a second point off.

“The only good thing was location. Everything else was just bad”
+Location is the only good thing about this place
−So to start with apartment is run down and in need of repairs. Washroom was bit disgusting with algae in sink, smelled bad and water did not drain properly after taking shower, and it even leaked into toilet seat area. Curtains was broken and part missing making it very bright early in the morning, so I couldn’t sleep properly. Toilet paper and shower gel/ shampoo were missing. Big coffee stain on sofa and on other furniture.

−W lokalu panował brud, pościel była śmierdząca. W malutkiej łazience odpływ był zatkany (woda stała i nie spływała, wydobywał się z niej fetor), ściany były w plamach, a naczynia brudne. Co najbardziej niedopuszczalne i niebezpieczne dla zdrowia - w lokalu obecne były insekty/karaluchy.

“Agradable a secas”
−Que no me dejaron ni un solo rollo de papel higiénico de baño, el baño todo el tiempo olía muy mal y tampoco había jabón o shampoo en la regadera y el sofá para ver la TV muy sucio de mal aspecto deberían de darle una lavada al mueble
