“Overall, a great stay and would recommend this apartment.”
+Clean, good size and had everything you needed. Had useful appliances and items in the kitchen like kettle, microwave, oven, washing up liquid, sponge and cloth ready to use. Great size fridge/freezer too. The space was the perfect size and layout for a family of 4. Plenty of towels, useful airer to dry clothes, extra bedding if needed, etc. The sea views were also lovely.
−Only a few small cushions for the backs of the sofa, so hard in places. Other than that it was good. Only issue was that when we were locked out of our apartment (we left the key on inside of the lock and the door shut to and secured automatically without locking), I asked for advice and support with getting it resolved and I didn’t find the answers too helpful. From talking with friends when they’ve rented an apartment or villa before, the landlord or owner would help arrange the locksmith for them (being local and knowing the language etc), but we had to arrange this ourselves. Thankfully we found a good service, and hopefully next time they will know the name of a good locksmith to advise for future guests, as I shared the details with them. Overall though, the owner was friendly, responsive and provided a good service, apart from that one issue. I also think check in details on Booking.com could be clearer, as initially I understood it as I had to go to a shop about 7 mins away from the apartment to pick up the keys. I had to message the owner on Booking.com to clarify this, which is when I was given completely different details to what is in Booking.com.

+Комната была чистая, кухня , холодильник и посуда тоже, Белье и полотенца тоже. Было тихо.Парковка возле дома, на улице , бесплатно, Рядом Меркадона, Карефур . Хозяин всегда на связи..
−Некоторая мебель изношена. Сушка для белья , особенно ножки , ржавые и сломаны потому, что ржавчина их разрушила. Окно на кухне имело трещину по всей длине. В первый день у нас не было воды потому, что произошла авария. Хозяин не мог ничего объяснять. Следующие два вода была с трудностями, но потом она шла по расписанию, о котором нам сообщил хозяин. Я обратилась в Booking с жалобой. Хозяин пообещал мне вернуть деньги за три дня, что и произошло - деньги мне вернули . Воду починили только через неделю после нашего заезда. ( 6 го октября мы заехали, а 14 го октября вода пошла хорошо). Здание находится очень высоко на горе. На фото квартира выглядела лучше.

“Vacaciones en familia”
+En general me gustó todo , el apartamento estaba muy bien es amplio y muy limpio . No hemos tenido ningun tipo de problema con la hormigas , no hemos visto ninguna , no tiene aire en las habitaciones pero tampoco hace falta con el aire del salón y los ventiladores se estaba muy fresquito. La piscina muy tranquila y limpia Iba un poco asustada con algunos comentarios de aquí pero para nada todo genial

“Mejorable”
+La terraza, vistas y amplitud de las estancias. El apartamento está enclavado en una zona tranquila. La piscina y zona de césped un sitio también muy agradable.
−El apartamento es agradable pero necesitaría unas cuentas mejoras. Sobre todo respecto al colchón de la cama de matrimonio que se hundía y almohadas. El frigorífico estaba puesto al mínimo y apenas enfriaba y no había posibilidad de modificar la temperatura puesto que la rueda estaba rota. El ascensor no funciona y el bloque en general de aspecto de viejo y dejado tanto de mantenimiento como de limpieza

“Muy bueno calidad precio”
+El piso muy espacioso y luminoso lo mejor la terraza y las vistas una pasada ,los electrodomésticos funcionaban todos perfectos , te dejan papel de baño jabón de manos lavavajillas,estropajo balleta y paño de cocina ,también tenían secador ,el aire acondicionado funciona muy bien ,a parte en las habitaciones tienen ventiladores de pie ,el chico con el que hablamos súper amable ,nos indicó que al ser un bajo podríamos tener problemas con las hormigas y la verdad aparecieron en la mesilla de las niñas pero tenían un espray y con eso no volvieron aparecer ,la ubicación muy buena el barrio muy tranquilo ,la pis una está muy bien !!!
−Por poner alguna pega los muebles les falta algo de revisión hay una silla que está desencolada la mesa del salón con muescas el baño de matrimonio la bandeja del espejo no se puede usar y la puerta del armario de la habitación dos solo funcionaba una ,y las fundas del sofá y los cojines necesitan una limpieza profunda porque huelen mal
