“Very good value and great location.”
+Great location, near Metro, several buses, and a few attractions within walking distance. The apartment was VERY spacious with lots of closet space, a well-equipped kitchen, a large private patio.
−There was no breakfast, and the only coffee was a shot-sized cup of espresso. It would be nice to have other coffee and breakfast options. The street was noisy at night with trash and bottle disposal every night at 2 AM. The worst problem was that we were stuck in the elevator one day for an hour and 15 minutes. We couldn't open the door. There was no offer of compensation for that very scary and unfortunate event. We could have missed a scheduled tour, but luckily did not

−Ran out of toilet paper, we had to make our own beds. Room wasn't ready. We got there an hour early and had to pay $30 euros. Floors were not clean. Ants in kitchen

+We requested an early check in which was accepted and we were met at the property and given a full tour and overview. Our host ensured we knew where the local minimarket was and helped us to get our bearings in a new city. The aircon was great and the rooms had lots of room the balconies allowed us all to enjoy the outside areas.

“Very roomy, clean and comfortable near trevi.”
+The property is fantastic, clean and very roomy. Being close to trevi fountain and the metro. Lots of nice restaurants near. The place has an elevator which is rare in italy for an appartment building. It was also very close to a car rental location.

+The Pandy Suite condominium far exceeded my expectations. Two full bedrooms and baths, plus one extra room with a bed. The terraces were great, the air conditioning worked very well, which is important in Rome, and the location is superb. Mario is a great host!
