+This was one of the cleanest rooms I've ever stayed in. The host was always in touch and everything was pretty easy to get to. The room had everything that was listed and everything worked well. One day of my stay there was a fruit market right next to the location and it took me about 20 minutes to walk to the center.

−no hot water , strange method of getting hot water - you must open electric fuses and turn on one of them , and so every time , apartment has no daylight because is in the basement , strange smell when you open micro window in the shower, you can not get info about getting in till the last hours ( because of safety reason ) , this is just basement redone for 3 apartments

+Spacious, quiet area, Great bed, very clean, Great location. Near town, restaurants and supermarkets. Staff very nice and wanted to make sure I was happy.
−Pillows where a bit too stiff and high. A lower or softer option would have been terriffic - I didn't ask for it, maybe they had options. There was a stale smell but with the av it was ok. The AC worked well through a bit noicy.

“Why liked it so much we booked it twice”
+First of all these rooms are very well located. We discovered the center of Athens by foot no problem for several days. Communication with the hotel was fast and easy. Got our keys in a hearth beat. Rooms where perfect in size as we where only there to sleep and well kept. You have a cold AC if you need it and beds are very comfy! The best we had in our 3 week trip. Rooms are also very quiet and calm, we liked that to get over our jetlag. Bathroom was clean only pointer is that it is not a full door for the toilet. No big deal. Again the location is great, lots of little restaurants and bars around very safe place we felt quickly right at home!
−The entrance had a strong smell of Tabaco but that could be a guest who did not respect the rules of the rooms. So not the hotels fault.

“Cool place for just hanging out in Athens”
+nice house at great neighborhood. clean new room nice bathroom. terrace and garden even better. The place is basement but has windows towards rear garden so cool and quiet. whey you go out its in the middle of very busy neighborhhood just across running and walking at historic stadion.
−nice guest but hard to communicate. getting the keys were little difficult timewise. correspondance little slow little far to main attractions of Athens
