+An Absolute Hidden Gem on the Panorama Route! We stayed at Panorama View during our trip to Graskop, and was self catering and we'll equiped. The accommodation was clean, cozy, and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable self-catering stay. Waking up to the crisp mountain air and that incredible surrounding scenery is something we will never forget. We also had a view of the pool area. The location is exceptionally peaceful yet wonderfully convenient, just a short drive into town and right on the doorstep of all the major waterfalls, God's Window, and the Blyde River Canyon. The scenery is the perfect backdrop and we couldn't stop capturing memories and beautiful moments. We loved the pool area and also had a meal at the restaurant , the staff were warm and welcoming throughout our visit. If you are looking for a serene, well-located base to explore the region, this is the place to be. Thank you so much and God bless

+The place is exactly how it was advertised on the app. The pool was clean and most importantly the quietness 😍♥️.
−The place had much flies and the fridge was not making our drinks to be cold only the bottom freezer was used. I struggled a bit with the gas stove as the gas inlet was shut off

“An unbeatable location let down by substandard facilities and an underwhelming guest experience.”
+The standout feature of Panorama View Chalets is undoubtedly its location. The property offers breathtaking views of the Mpumalanga mountain range, and waking up to the surrounding scenery was the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the views were the only aspect that met expectations.
−The chalet itself was significantly smaller than anticipated, and the living area felt cramped. The furniture layout was awkward and did not create a comfortable or relaxing space to unwind. The bed was also extremely hard, making it difficult to get a restful night's sleep. To make matters worse, the extra blankets and duvet inner appeared unclean and had an unpleasant odour. The bathroom only had a bathtub and no shower facilities, which was inconvenient. While hot water was available, the water pressure was very low. In addition, the parking area is completely open with no covered parking, leaving vehicles exposed to the elements. What was perhaps most disappointing was the level of service. The staff were generally not particularly helpful, and I was especially taken aback during checkout when the housekeeper questioned me about a missing towel and implied that we may have taken it. She later found the towel while cleaning the room, but the accusation had already created an uncomfortable and unpleasant end to the stay. Overall, while the location and mountain views are exceptional, the accommodation quality, comfort, facilities and customer service did not meet expectations. I

−The water would inconsistently switch between cold and hot and not get hot in the morning. Their restaurant is creepy, old looking and ugly. Their bathroom rails were loose and their binoculars broken. Most things just don’t work as they should.
