“Worst place I have ever stayed at”
−Worst place I have ever been to. It was cockroaches everywhere, the towels were dirty and the host was unhelpful and didn’t care at all. At first sight it looked good but it was poorly cleaned and it was dead cockroaches under the furniture. Some where even alive and crawled around in the apartment.

+La stanza è in ottima posizione, l’host ha risposto subito ad ogni richiesta dimostrando grande professionalità. L’alloggio è provvisto di tutto ciò che è essenziale.
−La mattina al nostro risveglio abbiamo trovato una brutta sorpresa, la stanza era invasa da scarafaggi piccoli e grandi, tutti morti fortunatamente. Probabilmente qualcuno ha provveduto ad una disinfestazione, ma sarebbe il caso di non affittare la camera in queste occasioni!

−Apartman je nažalost bio pun žohara, to do sad još nismo doživjeli niti u jednom smještaju, a parking nije privatan i besplatan kako je navedeno u oglasu, već je javni i jedva smo našli slobodno parkirno mjesto. To se treba jasno navesti u opisu oglasa. Ovo mi je do sad prva negativna recenzija, ali smo stvarno ostali razočarani, a zbog žohara više nismo cijelu noć spavali, jer su izlazili sa svih strana.

“Soggiorno da incubo: appartamento infestato da scarafaggi.”
−Appena entrati nella struttura abbiamo sentito un forte odore di urina di gatto: ho contattato il proprietario che ha fornito una giustificazione, ma non ha proposto alcuna soluzione. Abbiamo arieggiato l'appartamento per ore, ma l'odore è rimasto. L'appartamento è infestato dagli scarafaggi e ce ne siamo accorti troppo tardi, fortunatamente ci siamo fermati solamente una notte. Il problema era stato segnalato anche nelle recensioni precedenti, ma risalivano a pochi giorni prima del nostro soggiorno, quindi non erano visibili nel momento in cui abbiamo effettuato la prenotazione. Abbiamo inviato una richiesta di rimborso, ma il proprietario ha risposto negativamente dicendo che il problema dell'appartamento era ben segnalato nelle recensioni degli altri utenti e che quindi non era tenuto a emettere alcun rimborso. Booking ha emesso un premio di 25 euro attraverso il Wallet del sito. Assolutamente da evitare.

“Kakerlaken am nächsten Morgen”
+Das Apartment war schön eingerichtet, Klimaanlage funktionierte und die Küche war voll ausgestattet. Es wirkte auch alles sauber.
−Am nächsten Morgen hat uns eine böse Überraschung erwartet. Am Boden waren mehrere tote und lebendige Kakerlaken! Aus hygienischen Gründen geht das absolut gar nicht. Auf keinen Fall buchen. Außerdem muss dringend der Duschvorhang erneuert werden.
