“There is room for 4!”
+All you need for a short stay.
−I actually didn't get the instructions from the host as to how to get in the property by text, I had to call, although the host said that I was the one who had not looked at the messages. First time this happens to me. But it was sorted out. There were clearer instructions as to where I should have parcked my car inside the livingroom but it would be better to give this information beforehand to avoid conflict with the neighboor who stood very fast on the front door to mention that I had parked in the wrong place. I moved the car immediately of course.

+L emplacement proche des commerces, du parc phantasialand et la place de parking. La télé dans chaque chambre Cuisine vaste Bien pour un petit séjour
−Le détecteur de lumière dans la salle de bain qui se coupe quand on prends sa douche, le bruit des voitures. Logement entier? On dispose du rez-de-chaussée de la maison, à l étage c est le propriétaire ? Necessite quelques petits travaux de rafraîchissement

+Отличное место. Хозяин -супер. Заселение моментальное ( даже если вы приехали немного раньше). Парковка прямо у дома. Апартаменты обустроены продумано и функционально. На кухне есть все. Белье и матрасы отличны. Есть отопление. Интернет и напор воды отличный. Если ехать трамваем в центр Кельна (остановка в 5 минутах) это приблизительно 30 минут и 22евро на 4 человека, а если заказать такси то это 15 мин и 17 евро. Тут решайте сами. В пешей доступности магазины с продукрами, вещевой аутлет и крафтовая пивная. Скучать не будете. Цена/качество соответствуют. Первый этаж. И достаточно тихо. Рекомендую. Хозяин говорит по английскии сам решает все вопросы. Большое спасибо ему.

“Okay”
+Recht günstig und Lage okay.
−Bewegungsmelder im Bad, hellhörig und an viel-befahrener Straße. Man wohnt auch im Erdgeschoss eines Einfamilienhauses, in dem noch die Besitzer wohnen - das hatten wir nicht so verstanden.

“Goed appartement!”
+Het is een goed appartement met alle basis voorzieningen die je nodig hebt als je de omgeving wilt verkennen. Met de tram zit je zo in Keulen en met de auto ben je snel op de snelweg. 2 aparte slaapkamers met beide een tv, de badkamer en toilet bevinden zich in 1 ruimte, maar dat op zich ook geen ramp. Het enige wat we misten was een woonkamer, maar dat is gewoon even wennen dat er alleen een keuken met eettafel is. De stoelen waren goed. Goed verblijf voor wat je betaald!
