“An Amazing Apartment in the Perfect Location!”
+We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment! The location is simply unbeatable, right next to the beautiful Teatro Massimo and just steps away from one of Palermo’s liveliest streets, filled with an incredible choice of bars and restaurants. It’s also within easy walking distance of the airport bus stop (around 7 minutes), the hop-on hop-off bus stop few meters away, one of the famous local markets, and the main shopping street. Everything you need to explore Palermo is right on your doorstep! The apartment is located in a beautiful, historic building that feels very secure. Inside, it is wonderfully spacious, with high ceilings and plenty of character. Although some features show a little wear and tear, suggesting it may have been renovated a few years ago, the apartment is still beautiful, clean, and full of charm. We also really appreciated being personally welcomed at check-in. Our host was lovely and gave us lots of useful tips and recommendations, which made our stay even better. “Meet All Expectations, As Advertised”
+If you want to be in the thick of it all, centrally located, this is a good place. Apartment met all of our needs. Loved the view of Teatro Massimo and the square. Very communication and check-in process.
−Area is very touristy. Too touristy for me. For less tourists I'd look a little further north, NE of where we stayed.

“Spacious apartment in a great location”
+We loved our stay at Palermo al Massimo, it was a large well appointed apartment with a wonderful view of Teatro Massimo Di Palermo. It was very clean, plenty of space, a small kitchen with stove top, microwave, kettle and coffee machine. It was lovely to eat breakfast on the balcony.
−There was a sandwich maker which sufficed to make toast but no toaster. There wasn’t an iron or ironing board which would have been appreciated. I would suggest a washer/dryer would also be a great addition.

“Perfect stay - great host - highly recommend”
+The property was great, in a central position, easy to walk around places. The apartment was easy to access with a lift for baggage, the apartment was airy with high ceilings and well furnished. After a 7 hour delay with our flight the host very kindly let us into the property at 4:30am as we had a 5 month old baby we were very grateful and he allowed us to check out slightly later to let us get some sleep. Great communication throughout and would highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Palermo!

+Great apartment in a central and safe location. Apartment was clean and well appointed. Gianni was very responsive and helpful with all questions. Parking was very convenient approximately 5 mins from apartment!

“Must stay location!”
+Located right in the heart of Palermo, I couldn’t believe how lucky we got! The view is just as pictured, if not better. It was spacious and had anything a family would need. I would happily stay here again. All the shops and restaurants are located right at the front door step.
−A little difficult to locate the building/entrance. Privately tucked away which we appreciated.

“Beautiful view and great location”
+The property has a wonderful location in old Palermo in walking distance of all the sights. The view onto Teatro Massimo from the window was beautiful . It was in an atmospheric old building and had a wonderful old lift.
−It would have been nice to have the balcony but otherwise the property was great.
