“A great place to stay in a fabulous city.”
+Plenty of room, comfortable beds, quiet. A representative met us at the door and was very helpful.
−A few things were broken, e.g. a soap dispenser. Also the air conditioning didn’t seem to function well, though we may not have understood its operation.

−The bedroom AC wasn’t working in 2 of the 3 bedrooms and we specifically booked the place because it advertised as having AC.

“Beautiful aparment on perfect location”
+Everything was great! Location is the best, apartment was beautiful and cozy, host very kind and helpful. There was no noise during the night, I had the best sleep. Shops, pharmacy and restaurants are close, walking distance. :)

−The little courtyard inside the gate would be so charming and welcoming if weeded and planted with flowers. It may be shared ownership? That would possibly make it harder to decide what to do with it and who would do it.

“Awesome palazzo”
+Great palazzo! We had the whole place to ourselves (3 double rooms each with an ensuite toilet). The place was very clean and comfortable. The location is excellent too! We will definitely be back.

+The palazzo was a great rental appartement. Our host took contact with us via WhatsApp before our trip and helped us with the transportation. The appartement is huge and very well decorated. The beds are very comfortable (here we are usually very picky). The kitchen is well equipped. The bathrooms including a toilet per bathroom (one bathroom per bedroom) plus an extra toilet were well equipped. Living room was very comfortable. The view on the canal.is so nice when you are a tourist. The photos of the appartement perfectly reflect the state of the palazzo. Location is perfect: 10 minutes from San Marco. Shop around the corner, as well as bars and restaurants ,located 2 minutes by foot.
−If there is one remark: the noise of the boats sometimes in the morning between 7 am and 8 am as this part of the canal.is busy. But this is the drawback of having a view. Honestly nothing very negative. I prefer having a view !!!
