“Unforgettable 50th birthday Villa experience at Palais Ambrine”
+I booked this villa to celebrate my 50th birthday, and it was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded my expectations. The villa itself is vast and beautifully designed in the Moroccan style, with ten spacious and fully airconditioned bedrooms with stunning grounds that offered both privacy and tranquillity. What truly made the experience exceptional was the incredible staff. Their ability to anticipate and fulfil every request was remarkable; from arranging seamless airport transfers to preparing special dishes and catering to various dietary needs with ease and care. Having staff on-site to cook and clean made the stay feel effortlessly luxurious. A heartfelt thank you to Zaki and Gigi, the villa’s wonderful managers, who ensured every detail was perfect. The chef deserves special mention; her meals were consistently outstanding. We chose the half-board option, and each breakfast and dinner was a feast. Mornings featured crepes, pancakes, chapatis, eggs cooked to order, fresh fruit, banana or chocolate cake, and fresh orange juice. −We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, there was nothing we didn’t like, just a few points worth noting. The villa is wonderfully spacious and peaceful, set about 25 minutes from central Marrakech, which makes it a perfect retreat away from the hustle and bustle. The property can arrange transfers, and for smaller groups, you can easily book a local taxi via the Roby app. Two of the bedrooms are set apart from the main house, facing the pool,ideal for those seeking extra privacy but worth considering when planning your group’s layout. All rooms are ensuite except for one. In total, there are eight bedrooms spread across two connected houses. The main house features three bedrooms along with the living areas, dining room, and kitchen, while the adjoining house offers five additional bedrooms. Overall, the setup works beautifully for both large families and groups of friends, offering a great balance between shared spaces and private corners.

“Perfect, easy and clean”
+The property was so nice and clean. It was everything we hoped for and more. The kitchen staff were so amazing and helpful. They prepared breakfast for us and we also had one evening meal which was delicious! The staff were helpful at booking taxis and cars for us which were very reliable. We requested the pool to be heated and it was great. The hot tub was also good. Both kept very clean by the staff. The host made sure everything was going well and even came to see us at the property!

“Exceptional”
+We booked the villa for a stag do and it was incredible. The villa is as nice as the pictures, if not better. The villa was also a lot bigger than we thought and there’s plenty of rooms. I would highly recommend staying there for both small and large groups. We spent the majority of our time in the villa using the pool and didn’t get bored! The team are extremely nice, helpful and accommodating. They prepared meals (breakfast, lunch and dinner) for us and the food was very tasty, all freshly cooked and prepared on the day. The host, Jamila in particular was outstanding from the start, even before we got to the villa Jamila helped us with general questions, travel arrangements and local taxis as well as recommendations. Jamila was very responsive, before and during our stay and was always around to help. I would highly recommend staying at villa if you’re visiting Marrakesh. It is about 20mins from the city centre but taxis can be arranged for any time and they work around you. It’s totally worth it and was one of my best trips!

“Outstanding Villa with perfect service”
+The service at this villa was outstanding! The staff were all very friendly and helpful with anything we needed. The host ensured everything was perfect for when we arrived and kept in close contact! The food was excellent and we had a lot of choices. The price was really good for the amount of food. It was very clean and we all enjoyed our stay. We definitely will be staying at this villa again should we visit Marrakech.

“Exceptional”
+The villa is very big. Everything is very clean. Very large rooms with air conditioning or heating and scented. The decoration is very beautiful. The garden area, the pool and the jacuzzi is wonderful. The staff is very polite and attentive. Breakfast, lunch and dinner very good and at a good price. We forgot a suitcase in the villa and we called and they brought it to the airport quickly and free of charge. Of my 13 trips to Marrakech it is the best I have been on by far. I recommend it 100%...
−The only thing we didn't like is that we only stayed for 1 day and we would have loved to stay and live in it... WONDERFUL!!!

“Sweet Palais Ambrine! So good! So good!”
+Staying at Palais Ambrine was truly amazing. The villa is huge, very comfortable and clean. We have been there for 3 days with a group of 13 people for a bachelor party and really enjoyed the pool area with music, the garden, jacuzzi, large rooms ... a big thank to Jamila and Hasna who helped us in organizing the entire trip, booking the best restaurants in the city for dinner, Nikki beach at the very last minute, quad tour in the desert and much more. Also wanted to thank the whole staff of the villa as they have been so kind with us: villa always super clean and the Moroccan food (we had breakfast and lunch at the villa, highly recommended) was delicious. Last but not least Abdul and his team: the best drivers in the city, always available and super safe drivers!
