“Great location for a stay in Buenos Aires!”
+It was in a great location and really easy to access. The host was very responsive and helpful.

“Superb”
+The owner was very nice and the communication was perfect. We received a lot of recommendations for visiting the city. The localization is great, you can walk to the main attractions.
−There is little space for more than 2 people and the sofa downstairs is really unconfortable to sleep

“Exceptional”
+It's a great location! It was less than a 10 minute walk away from Casada Rosada, the beginning of San Telmo Market, and very close to other points of interest. We had breakfast at Cafe Tortoni. Totally recommend.
−The room is slightly small but it didn't really matter to us. We just needed a place to sleep and shower. The building is extremely beautiful, so that's an extra.

−It is an extremely small area for a family of 4. I should have read the description more closely. It is very tight for 4 people. The kitchen is very small. Closet space to hang clothes is very limited.

“Not what we expected.”
+Very friendly hostess; I'm sorry I didn't give our hostess more specific information on our arrival time; I hadn't realised she wasn't based at the actual property
−1. The description of a walk in shower is generous; the shower is in the same (small) space as the toilet and vanity. You need to clear everything out before your shower otherwise everything gets wet. 2. Due to the shower space as described above, you need to spend time mopping the floor after your shower - not something I appreciated having to do after long days out exploring BA. 3. The couch bed was uncomfortable. 4. It felt like we were in a bunker, so although we didn't hear outside noise, there were no windows looking outside. 5. I was told off for going upstairs to look at this historic building. 6. I forgot I needed to have cash for payment, preferably in USD. Unlike in Peru, I could not find any ATMs to dispense USD, and it took a while to find a bank that would allow me to withdraw a significant amount in Argentinian Peso.

+The apartment is very cute, the bed was comfortable and the host is very nice. The location is very good. There is an initimate wine bar next door that is operated by very kind people.
−The 2 things that could use improvement were communication with the host. We ended up waiting for nearly an hour to get into the building. The TV was a challenge to figure out and we never did get it working.. I would suggest to the host that she leaves the the key with someone, such as with the Wine bar operators.
