+I fully recommend this apartment for whoever is visting Split, as it has probably been the best apartment I've ever stayed at. The inside is big and cozy, and has everything you need. I was travelling with friends, so having 2 separate bathrooms, both with showers, was also very convenient. The best part though is the outside area. The fact that it is private to the apartment is amazing and makes it hard to leave the house! You get your own pool where you can relax and cool down in (bonus points for floats), and also a big area with a table where you can hang out in and eat/drink, which is really enjoyable on hot summer nights. Location wise, it´s in a very quiet neighbourhood, a short walk away from some great beaches with nice restaurants nearby, but you are also walking distance from a grocery shop if you prefer to stay in. To get to the center you can take a bus or a quick 10 minute Uber. Lastly, a massive word of apreciation for the host, Lucija, which went to great lengths to make sure we were enjoying our stay to the fullest. For example, we asked if the outside lights could be turned on on one of the nights and she very quickly made sure that this happened.

“Not worth the price, too noisy - close to the ongoing construction”
+Nice clean apartment with garden and a small pool. apartment has two bathrooms and separated small kitchen with amenities, which is good feature
−There is ongoing construction very close to the apartment and so we could not really enjoy the pool or good sleep. Pay attention that check-out time is 10:00 am (quite unusual, so unfortunately I did not pay attention during booking. we arrived around 7 pm and were very tired. when i asked host if she can extend check out time by 1 or max 2 hours (11:00 to 12:00 is usual check-out time on most booking properties anyway), she lied that she has next guests coming over the same day so apartment requires cleaning - room is still available on booking.com so apparently no guests). There camera installed in the garden next to the pool, Way overpriced for apartment with average location (not beach front and away from city center) - for this price you can find room at hotel with breakfast and nicer service.

+Great location on the edge of Split. Convenient Bistro in the same building. The apartment with a private pool and garden were perfect and relaxing! Our host Lucija was excellent as well!

+Everything was perfect. Flat has all required things to let you feel comfortable. Air conditioners are placed in the each room so during hot weather outside they help a lot. Huge garden with private swimming pool and huge territory made our experience unforgettable and our dog was super happy since he was able to run everywhere. We haven’t really spent much time on the beach since you can take some rest and enjoy in the garden in calm atmosphere. Huge thanks to owners! You’re the best.

+L'appartement dans son intégralité, la décoration, les deux salles de bain et toilettes, la qualité de la literie, le rez-de-jardin et la piscine privés, la gentillesse de notre hôte, la proximité de la plage, l'environnement (quartier agréable).
−Les travaux dans le quartier (construction d'un nouvel immeuble à proximité, goudronnage de l'artère donnant sur l'axe parallèle à la plage, le passage très fréquent des camions de chantier dans la rue longeant le rez de jardin, ce qui faisait beaucoup de poussière.
