−The floors need a deep cleaning. The sheets also didn’t seem clean and one had holes when we arrived and there was a communication issue with getting them exchanged.

+Beautifully renovated palace. The apt itself is huge, with a comfortable bed, 2 WC, a large living room, nice balcony and full kitchen.

+Very good location, friendly and helpfull check in. You can reach the city center by foot in 10 min. No breakfast but you can find a lot of places with various breakfast next to the apartment.
−Drain-pipe of the upper flat or flats goes throgh the ceiling of the living room and it was noisy.

+The property is located in an elite complex. The rooms are large and the beds are very comfortable. It's within walking distance of tourist attractions. There's a market and shopping mall nearby. Free parking is also a great advantage.
−You need to change the cleaning company immediately. The facility was clearly filthy. On the first day, we were asked to pay city tax, and in cash, without any documentation. This was very disturbing. This was the first time I've encountered such a request. Kitchen supplies were missing, and only some of our requests were fulfilled. The water heater constantly malfunctioned when we wanted to shower and had to be reset. We had to do this twice or more during the shower. Worst of all, open items used by previous guests were left in the kitchen and bathroom for new guests. Dear host, you cannot keep open tomato paste, sauces, shampoos, and creams used by others in the kitchen and bathroom, except for packaged and disposable items.

“Great place for a weekend visit”
+Great location very close to the old city. Rute met us at the property and provided lots of useful information for sight seeing as well as information relating to the apartment.
−Extractor fan in the bathroom doesn't work very well. A small point but the shower steam takes a long time to clear.

+Die Lage und Größe der Wohnung war sehr gut.
−Leider fehlte im Bad die Möglichkeit ein Handtuch aufzuhängen. Der Warmwasserversorgung viel öfter aus. (Neustart der Therme war obligatorisch) Ansonsten fehlten Seife (Spender war vorhanden) so wie weitere Kleinigkeiten wie Geschirrspültaps, Spülmittel usw.. wenn solche Geräte in der Beschreibung beworben werden, sollte zumindest die Möglichkeit bestehen, diese zwei drei mal nutzen zu können. Die Verwaltung/Vermieter wurden öfter deswegen kontaktiert. Einen Tag vor Abreise wurden diese Utensilien vorbei gebracht. Zu diesem Zeitpunkt hatten wir uns selbst schon damit eindeckt. Dafür waren noch die Saucen der Vormieter im Kühlschrank.. Besonders ärgerlich war, dass bei unserem Aufenthalt, Baumaßnahmen an der Fassade durchgeführt worden. Somit konnten wir den Balkon nicht nutzen, Fenster mussten geschlossen bleiben, damit der Staub nicht ins Innere gelangte. Für Instandhaltung und Baumaßnahmen haben wir volles Verständnis! Wir hätten es nur gerne vorab gewusst, um uns dann nach einer anderen Unterkunft umsehen zu können. So wie es vor Ort aussah, waren die Baumaßnahmen schon im Gange als der Mietpreis gebucht wurde.. Ein Schelm der Böses dabei denkt.. ;-) Der Verwalter/Vermieter bot

“Erg fijn verblijf gehad”

−Alles was goed
