+At first, we were a bit concerned about the location of the house, but the stay turned out to exceed all our expectations. Despite the narrow road, the house is accessible by car , even with a larger vehicle. After driving it a couple of times, we quickly got used to it. The only occasional delay came from the sheep crossing the road, which added to the charm of the experience. The people living nearby were incredibly friendly and easy to communicate with, which made us feel very welcome. The house itself is spacious and equipped with all the basic essentials. One of the highlights was the presence of their adorable cats, who completely stole our hearts. The surrounding nature is stunning , there's a large hiking area just uphill, and when the weather is nice, you can enjoy a swim in the lake nearby. This is a perfect spot for calm, slow-paced travel and truly immersing yourself in the beauty of Norwegian nature.
−However, a few things could be improved. The house would benefit from more attention to detail , especially in terms of cleanliness. For example, not all dishes were properly cleaned, and we missed having trash bins in the bedroom and bathroom. These are small details, but they would make the stay even more comfortable.

“Exceptional”
+Some items in the cottage are still under construction and the mobile data is very weak or zero at home. You can make a fire in a fireplace, if you can. And good so! The place is for nature lovers. The Stor Valley is beautiful, there are 11 waterfalls in the rocky wall of Tvårrane and 3 bigger, one of them some hundred meters away from the cottage. A big see. And you become the greatest kitchen and living room with a panoramic view in the whole Norway!

“Very friendly hosts in a beautiful, secluded location.”
+Secluded in a beautiful remote valley with a large waterfall audible while you sleep. Hosts are incredibly friendly and welcoming. Very large and spacious.
−Only one road in/out of the valley, so if it’s blocked or closed you can’t get to the place.

“Bella location”
+La semplicità della struttura in in contesto rurale immerso in una splendida vallata. Molto spaziosa e i letti comodi. L'oste molto cordiale e ci ha indicato il sentiero per la cascata. Una gatta con tre tenerissimi gattini giocosi all'ingresso poi, un plus!

+A large, spacious, and well-appointed apartment. An ideal spot for those who appreciate peace and quiet. The area is surrounded by mountains, with a river and waterfalls nearby. Highly recommended

“Superlieve mensen!”
+De eigenaar is superlief! We hebben een tijdje staan babbelen en we kregen een drankje aangeboden. Daarna bracht hij ons nog spek en we mochten eieren nemen van hun kippen om te gebruiken. Echt super gastvrije mensen, ook de vrouw en de vriend des huizes. Deze laatste stond klaar om zelfs te helpen uitladen met de spullen. Je krijgt een volledig appartement met eigen keuken en badkamer. Linnen en badhanddoeken zijn inbegrepen in de prijs. Vlakbij ligt er een prachtige waterval. Je kan ook wandelen in de omgeving en zelfs blijven overnachten in een hut die ook van hen is. Wij stonden met een planning dus konden dit helaas niet proberen. Ze zijn hier ook erg diervriendelijk, wij hadden namelijk 2 grote honden mee. De eigenaar heeft zelf twee hondjes en buiten zitten er drie katten, waarvan 2 kittens. Deze zitten vaak onder de overkapping bij de toegangsdeur van het appartement. Ze zitten niet binnen, enkel bij de toegangsdeur. Ze zijn wel erg knuffelig! Ik las in de reviews ook nog commentaar over de weg ernaartoe. Dat is inderdaad een 6tal km op een kleinere weg, maar veel tegenliggers hebben wij niet gehad, lees: geen! Laten we het een onderdeel van het avontuur noemen.
−Ik had een mail ontvangen dat onze kamer klaar was maar dat was niet zo bij aankomst, we moesten nog 20min wachten. Misschien was het een foutje in het systeem met booking? We hebben dan gewoon wat gebabbeld met de eigenaar en met de katten geknuffeld!

−Wokół domu panował taki bałagan, że trudno było się zorientować, czy to w ogóle właściwe miejsce. Staliśmy pod budynkiem przez dłuższą chwilę i nikt nie zainteresował się, kim jesteśmy ani po co tam stoimy. Wewnątrz , klejące się podłogi i stół, a w powietrzu wyraźny zapach baranich skór. Meble były stare i poplamione, co zniechęcało do korzystania z nich. Warto też wspomnieć, że w domu mieszkają koty , istotna informacja dla osób z alergiami.

“Un lieu au potentiel intéressant mais une expérience très décevante”
+Avant notre venue, nous avions consulté les avis sur Booking, avec une note très élevée, à notre avis bien trop élogieuse par rapport à la réalité. Nous avons choisi de partager ici notre expérience de manière honnête et nuancée. La situation de l’hébergement est absolument magnifique, en pleine nature, très reculée, calme et dépaysante. Le cadre est intéressant, et le bâtiment lui-même possède un vrai potentiel : il ne manque pas grand-chose pour en faire un lieu correct. À noter aussi, la literie était de bonne qualité, ce qui a permis de passer de bonnes nuits malgré tout, et la salle de bain propre, finalement c'est assez important pour être relevé.
−Malheureusement, l’aménagement général donne une impression de bricolage accumulé, avec des meubles de récupération, des objets usés et une décoration très négligée. On a davantage l’impression d’entrer dans un débarras personnel que dans un logement destiné à des voyageurs. La propreté est clairement insuffisante, et rien n’est vraiment bien rangé. Le détail le plus choquant : des effets personnels du propriétaire stockés dans le congélateur. Et dans la même veine, le mot de passe Wi-Fi gribouillé à la va-vite sur une vieille enveloppe, ce qui en dit long sur le soin général apporté au lieu. Dommage, car avec un peu plus de rigueur et de respect des standards minimums d’accueil, ce logement mériterait à être connu.
