+I've been in lot of places. Few countries, over 100+ apartaments. I've never met such a good soul like Gabriel. He was waiting for us, shown everything we can see, gave us a map, and even told us how pickpockets Look like and to be safe. We have No words. Gabriel, You should know that You are an angel! We felt so good, We knew We are safe. Also, everything was super clean. This is kind of apratment you are not afrqid to walk by with bare foots :) Also the location is amazing. Its super quiet, and You have metro and bus stop next to the hotel. If You are looking for the Best stop in Rome- you can stop. You will never Find better one. And! Two bethrooms with separate bathrooms are a blessing. And last but not least- Gabriel left us 4 big water bottles, and 4 big beers :) for each one of us. And also a wine! Thank You, thank You tkank You Gabriel! It was the first time, but not the last one:)

+From the very start, the hosts were amazing. Making sure that everything was available for our arrival. Gabriele contacted us and Roberta met us at the apartment to explain everything. We could not have asked for better hosts. They were amazing. The property is gorgeous. Nice for 2 and just enough room for a base to explore this part of the city. It might be a bit tight if there are 4 of you and you are planning to spend a lot of time there at the property. There were 2 doubles and 2 bathrooms and a lovely narrow terrace which was so peaceful. The property was accessed by a lift which caused no problems. Other tenants were super polite and courteous. Although it's really close to all the main shopping and other areas it's very quiet and peaceful and from inside it's tranquil and noise free. There are plenty of places to eat nearby and it was very safe. Gabriele was very courteous and gave us a safety talk to make sure we were super careful and aware of pickpockets. We had no problems but just be as sensible as you would in your own country. The property has a safe, so if you are worried about documents and money then a safe is there to use. +The flat was really great, clean, well decorated, well equipped , quiet and near the center. We enjoyed it very much! Gabriele the owner, and his assistant were very kind, friendly, and speak fluent English.

“Absolutely fantastic!”
+Ten stars rating isn’t even good enough for this beautiful boutique style apartment in Prati area of Rome. We were travelling as a family of four and the apartment has two good sized bedrooms and bathrooms with a well equipped kitchen diner. Gabriel, our host was amazing, he had already made sure we had all the items we needed for our stay aswell as cleaning products. The apartment was very secure, comfortable and excellent for walking to public transport links. Gabriel, was always available and answered any queries quickly. I would also mention his assistant Roberto who helped us settle in and helped with arranging transport. We literally went from home to home in Rome! Our trip was thoroughly enjoyable and made extra special by these lovely hosts. We will definitely visit again and would never hesitate to book this beautiful place again!

“Great location, comfortable apartment and generous host!”
+On the day of arrival, Gabriele (Host) arranged our airport transfer, met us at the apartment and assisted with the luggage. He was extremely helpful by providing maps and sightseeing suggestions. His generosity in supplying necessities for our stay was amazing! The apartment was clean and less than 15 mins to St Peter’s Basilica. Close to the train station and buses, lots of restaurants nearby as well as supermarkets. All amenities as described on Booking.com. Would recommend this apartment. Thank you, Gabriele for a great stay!

+Gabrielle the host is so friendly hospitable and generally couldn't do more to help settle us into the apartment. There is everything you could need here. He even left snacks and refreshments for our arrival. The location is perfect. A lovely walk to st Peter's square and right near a metro station. It's lovely and quiet and such a comfortable apartment.

“Veramente eccezionale”
+Posizione eccezionale, nel cuore del quartiere prati, in un condominio signorile di inizio 900. L’appartamento è accogliente, ampio, silenzioso e pulitissimo, soprattutto il bagno in camera. Il materasso del letto poi si è rivelato comodissimo. L’accoglienza è stata fantastica ed il signor Gabriele ci ha assistito per tutto il tempo, anche dopo che avevamo lasciato la struttura. Viaggio spesso per lavoro ma non credo di essermi mai trovato così bene in un posto.
